UNDER SECTION 13 OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT 1961
No. H2-747/2000. 9th March 2012.
1. It is hereby notified U/s 13 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act 1961 (Act 37 of 1961) that the survey of the undermentioned areas are now complete.
2. Unless the Survey hereby notified is modified by a decree of a Civil Court under the provisions of section (14) of the said Act, the records of the Survey shall be conclusive proof that the boundaries determined and recorded therein have been correctly determined and recorded.

താഴെ പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ഭൂമിയുടെ സർവ്വെ നടത്തണമെന്ന് ഗവൺമെന്റ ് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിരി ക്കുകയാൽ താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ സർവ്വെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ വേഗം തന്നെ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതാണെന്നും താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശത്തെ സർവ്വേ നമ്പർ അതിർത്തി തിരിച്ച് സർവ്വേ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണെന്നും 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വേയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 6 (1)-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഭൂമിയുടെ ഉള്ളിലോ അഥവാ അതിനോട് ചേർന്നോ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത ഭൂമിയിൽ അവകാശമു≠െന്നും തേർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്ന ഏതൊരാളെയും നേരിട്ടോ ഏജന്റ ് മുഖാന്തിരമോ സ്ഥലത്ത് ജോലിചെയ്യുന്ന സർവ്വെയറുടെ അടുത്ത് ഹാജരാകുന്നതിനും അതിരുകൾ കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതിനും അതിനോട് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിവരങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുംവേ≠ി സ്ഥലത്ത് അതത് സമയം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ ഹാജരാകുന്നതിനും വേ≠ി ഇതിനാൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു.
പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 6(2)-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഈ പരസ്യം താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഭൂമികളിൽ അവകാശബന്ധമുളള ഏതൊരാൾക്കുമുളള സാധുവായ നോട്ടീസായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടു ന്നതാണ്.
പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 6 (3)-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത എല്ലാ കൈവശക്കാരും.—
(എ) സർവ്വേ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി നിർമ്മാർ÷നം ചെയ്യേ≠ ആവശ്യം ഉ≠ായേക്കാവുന്ന വല്ല മരങ്ങളോ, കുറ്റിക്കാടുകളോ, വേലികളോ, നിൽക്കുന്ന വിളകളോ അഥവാ സാരവത്തായ മറ്റുതടസ്സങ്ങളോ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം മുറിച്ചു കളയുകയോ നീക്കം ചെയ്യുകയോ ചെയ്ത് അതിരുകളോ മറ്റ് ലൈനുകളോ വെടിപ്പാക്കണമെന്നും;
(ബി) കൊടിപിടിക്കുന്നവരെയും ചെയിൻമാൻമാരെയും നിയോഗിച്ച് അതാത് സമയം ആവശ്യമായേക്കാവുന്ന സമയത്തേക്കും കാലത്തേക്കും തൊഴിലാളികളെ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്നും;
(സി) അനുയോജ്യമായ സർവ്വേ അടയാളങ്ങൾ നൽകണമെന്നും മറ്റുപ്രകാരത്തിൽ പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടോ അതുപ്രകാരമു≠ാക്കിയിട്ടുളള ചട്ടങ്ങളോ അനുസരിച്ച് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടേക്കാവുന്ന സഹായങ്ങൾ സർവ്വേയർക്ക് നൽകണമെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നു.
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ (എ) മുതൽ (സി) വരെയുളള ഖfiങ്ങൾ പ്രകാരമുളള ഈ അഭ്യർ∞നകൾ അനുസരിക്കുന്നതിന് ആരെങ്കിലും വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ജോലി കൂലിപ്പണിക്കാരെക്കൊ≠് ചെയ്യിക്കുന്നതും ആയതിന്റെ ചെലവ് ആക്ടിലും അതുപ്രകാരം ഉ≠ാക്കിയിട്ടുളള ചട്ടങ്ങളിലും വ്യവസ്ഥ ചെയ്തിട്ടുളളതുപോലെ വീഴ്ചവരുത്തിയിട്ടുളളവരിൽ നിന്നും വസൂലാക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

KANNUR DISTRICT
Whereas, the Government have directed the survey of lands comprised in survey numbers noted below, it is hereby notified under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961, that survey operation will be started in the Village soon and the survey number of the Village noted below will be demarcated and surveyed and that every person claiming to be interested in the registered land situated within or adjoining the undermentioned lands is hereby invited to attend immediately either in person or by agent on the surveyor employed in the locality and also from time to time when called upon for the purpose of pointing out of the boundaries and supplying information in connection therewith.
Under sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the above said Act, this notification shall be held to be a valid notice to every person having any interest in the under mentioned land.
Under sub-Section (3) of section 6 of the above said Act all the registered holders are hereby required:—
(a) to clear within 15 days by cutting down or removing any trees, jungles, fences, standing crops or other materials obstructions, the boundaries or other lines, the clearance of which may be necessary for the purpose of survey; and
(b) to provide labour at such time and for such period and as may from time to time be required by furnishing flag holders and chainman; and (c) to provide suitable survey marks and otherwise to give such assistance in the survey as may be demanded under the said Act or the rules made thereunder.

The sub-joined statement is an extract from the survey field registers giving particulars of the land registered and surveyed in the name of concerned. Appeal if any against the survey should be presented within three months from the date of publication of this notice to the Officer in charge of the survey whose Headquarters are at Thalassery.
Field maps may be obtained on application and on payment of the fees prescribed from time to time.
