Sri P. K. Rappai has filed a petition seeking rectification to the fair value fixed for the land comprised in Sy. No. 207 of Thrissur Village. The petitioner has brought to my notice that the fair value fixed and notified for the Sy. No. 207 amounts to ` 1,23,50,000 (One Crore twenty three lakh and fifty thousand) and when the surrounding or adjacent Sy. Nos. are fairly valued to ` 12,35,000 and he submits that a serious mistake has crept in. The Village Officer's report read 2nd above affirms the mistake. He has reported that the Sy. No. is one sub-divided into 12 and notificaction has not covered the sub-divisions. I have gone through all the records and convinced that there are obvious and apparnent mistakes in the notification fair value as regards Sy. No. 207 of Thrissur Village. In the circumstances, I hereby fix subdivision wise fair value to the Sy. No. 207 with particulars as follows:
