Note:—(1) Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of (cid:31) 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of account 0051 PSC-800 other receipts-99-other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur within 45 days from the date of approval of this ranked list (on or before 20-1-2012). A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
3rd APRIL 2012] KERALA GAZETTE 422(2) A Period of forty five days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of the approval of Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked List.
Candidates desiring to get rechecked their answerscripts relating to the written test held for selection to the post may apply for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List (on or before 20-1-2012).
"Applications for rechecking of answerscripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website : www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom.
Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered".
The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of (cid:31) 50 under the head of account "0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee" addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur should reach the office within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List (on or before 20-1-2012). Application for rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 21-2-2009 for selection to the post of Peon/Watchman in District Co-operative Bank in Kottayam District for Part I-Direct Recruitment (Category No. 176/2007) and Part II - Recruitment from qualified regular employees of Member Societies/Primary Societies affiliated to District Co-operative Bank, Kottaym (Category No. 177/07) on (cid:31) 3250-5850 arranged in the order of merit. The ranked list is published on the basis of the gazette notification dated 15-5-2007 and the probability list published on 7-1-2011 for the above post.
The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 18-10-2011. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment alternatively from the Ranked list of Part I and Part II in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. If there is shortage of candidates in the Ranked list of Employees of Primary Co-operative Societies, the vacancies will be filled from the Ranked List of General Open Market (ie., Part I). As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list. 50% of the vacancies, if any, reported during the pendency of the Ranked List for the post will be filled up from Part II of the Ranked List.
The candidates who have obtained 90 (Ninety) marks and above in the Objective Type (OMR valuation) Test have been included in the main list of Part I of this Ranked List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group of communities. All the qualified candidates who have appeared for the Objective Type (OMR valuation) Test have been included in the Part II of the Ranked List.
According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answerscripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked only after publication of Ranked List, if prescribed fee of (cid:31) 50 is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee".
Applications for rechecking of answerscripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for rechecking. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
In the case of candidates who sent applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of (cid:31) 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC- 800-Other receipts-99 Other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kottayam within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List is brought in to force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Valid applications for Rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer scripts addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kottayam shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (ie., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answerscript is 2-12-2011. Applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kottayam within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

The following list contains the names of the candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 11-12-2009 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the probability list published on 17-2-2011 for the post of Light Keeper and Signaler on (cid:31) 3050-5230 (PR) in Port Department (Category No. 502/07) in Kozhikode District, for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 28-12-2007, arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 25-10-2011.
The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be re-checked if the candidate apply for it along with chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of (cid:31) 50 (fifty only) is remitted in anyone of the Treasuries in the State under the head of account "0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99—Examination fee". The application for re-checking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within 45 days from the date on which this Notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission ie, on or before 8-12-2011. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
Application for re-checking the answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form at available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
Candidates who wish to obtain photocopy of their OMR answer Script (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection should remit the prescribed fee of (cid:31) 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-other receipts-99-other receipts)". The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within 45 days of the date of publication of this Ranked List, ie, on or before 8-12-2011. The application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The Fee once remitted will not be refunded. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of Answer Sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.

(4) ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാകുമ്പോൾ 6 മാസത്തിനകം എടുത്ത Passport Size Photo യും തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും ഹാജരാക്കണം.
പരീക്ഷയിൽ 30 (മുപ്പത്) ഉം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തിയാണ് ഉപപട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അവരെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത ഓപ്പൺ കോംപറ്റീഷൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ഉപപട്ടികകളിലുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽനിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 21-2-2009 and verification of original documents of candidates included in the probability list published on 31-12-2010 for the post of Peon/Watchman (Part I-Direct Recruitment) (Category No. 176/2007) and (Part II—Recruitment from qualified regular employees of the Member societies/Primary societies affiliated to District Co-operative Bank) (Category No. 177/07) on (cid:31) 3250-5850 (PR) in the District Co-operative Bank, Kasaragod District Category No. 176/2007 (Part I) & 177/2007 (Part II) for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 15-5-2007, arranged in the order of merit. This ranked list is brought into force with effect from 6-9-2011.
The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
The list under Part I for General Recruitment and under Part II for the employees of Primary Co-operative Societies contain the names of candidates selected for appointment arranged in the order of merit. The candidates included in the list under Part I will be adviced against the 50% of the vacancies reported to the Commission from the District Co-operative Bank, Kasaragod and the remaining 50% vacancies from the list under Part II of Employees of Primary Co-operative Societies. In case there is no candidate available in the list (Part II) to fill up the 50% reservation for employees from Primary Co-operative Societies, such vacancies will be filled from the Ranked List of General Open Market candidates and such passed over vacancies will not be compensated later.

But the answer scripts will be rechecked, if the candidates apply for it in the prescribed application form along with original Chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of (cid:31) 50 (fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051- PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee" addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, "Tiger Hills", Municipal Office Road, Pulikkunnu, Kasaragod-671 121. Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom.
Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
In the case of candidates who sent applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing Original Chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
The candidates, who require photocopy of their OMR answer script (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of (cid:31) 200 (Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-other receipts-99 Other receipts". Valid applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, "Tiger Hills", Municipal Office Road, Pulikkunnu, Kasaragod-671 121 shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (ie. the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 20- 10-2011. Applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose Communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, "Tiger Hills", Municipal Office Road, Pulikkunnu, Kasaragod-671 121 within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.
