and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri Abraham Thomas, Advocate, Nilackappillil House, Pala P. O., Kottayam District as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 4-2-2012 in the area comprising Meenachil Taluk in the Revenue District of Kottayam with Register No. 2/99/KTM.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri Peter, T. F. Tharakan, Advocate, 2nd Floor, Carmel Buildings, Banerji Road, Ernakulam, Kochi-682 018 as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 9-2-2012 in the area comprising Kochi Corporation in the Revenue District of Ernakulam with Register No. 54/97/EKM.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) the Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of Sri M. G. Rajeev, Advocate, Mulavani Parambil, Kedamangalam, North Paravoor, Ernakulam (Notary Register No. 89/97/EKM) from the Register of Notaries with effect from 14-7-2006 since he expired.
