അബ്ദുൾ അസീസ്, എം., സുൽത്താൻബത്തേരി, വയനാട് എന്നയാളുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. മാർട്ടിന്റെ ആശ്രിതയ്ക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 6,92,215 (ആറ് ലക്ഷത്തി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റി ര≠ായിരത്തി ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി പതിനഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതയായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളുവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി അവകാശം തെളിയിക്കേ≠താണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരതുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ിക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas, the ICICI General Insurance Company has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 8,47,160 (Rupees Eight lakh forty seven thousand one hundred and sixty only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependent of the deceased workman Sri M. Prashob who met with a fatal accident on 11-8-2010 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.
And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Iritty. It is understood that the following person is the dependent of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims, in writing before the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Kannur within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependent mentioned above. Claims, if any preferred thereafter will not be considered.
