The candidates who have secured 79 (Seventy nine) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.

Candidates whose Register Numbers are included in the Short List are directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application, i.e. Qualification, Date of Birth, Community Certificate, Experience Certificate and other benefits, if reservation and will be considered as Open Competition Candidates and such candidates who are included in the Supplementary Lists will not be considered for this selection if they fails to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate as the case may be.

The date, time and place of Interview will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply for rechecking of their answer scripts after publication of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed instructions in this regard will be found in the Ranked List notification for the post.

Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 4-12-2009 will be issued to those candidates who apply for the same, remitting the prescribed fee, after publication of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer Notification No. ER VI (1) 788/10/EW. dated 24-11-2011.

The following list contains the name of candidates found suitable by the Commission on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 16-7-2010 for selection to the post of Laboratory Technician Gr.II-NCA (Muslim & OX) on ` 4000-6090 (PR) in Health Services Department (Category No. 155/2009) in Thrissur District, arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 4-10-2011. The Ranked List will be in force until the candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for Muslim & OX Communities, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidate during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post on 16-11-2005 in Thrissur District.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only). The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 31-12-2008 for selection to the post of Process Server in Judicial Department in Wayanad District (Category No.120/2007) on ` 2650-4150 (PR) arranged in the order of merit.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 28-9-2011. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the List.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50. The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State-PSC-99 Examination Fee". The marks awarded will be checked a second time and discrepancies, if any, will be rectified.

Applications for rechecking received from the candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the Probability List are advised to refer Notification No. ER VII (1) 3468/09/EW dated 1-1-2010 of the Secretary, KPSC, Thiruvananthapuram appended with the Ranked List. Application for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Application submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Candidates can, if required, obtain the Photo Copy of their OMR answer sheets. The Photocopy of the OMR Sheet will be given on payment of ` 200. The fee should be remitted in the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 State PSC-99-Other receipts." The details instructions in this regard and a specimen application form are appended with the Ranked List. Valid applications for Re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to The District Officer, KPSC District Office, Wayanad within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (ie. The date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 11-11-2011. Applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed forms will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

The entries put in column 9 are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC, District Office, Wayanad within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The candidates who have secured 72 (Seventy two) marks and above in the Objective Type Test (OMR) have been included in the Main List. The marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect to candidates included in the Supplementary Lists.

പരീക്ഷയുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറിന്റെ ക്രമത്തിൽ മാത്രമാണ് ഈ ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾക്കു മുൻപിൽ 'W' എന്ന് ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

കുറിപ്പ്:—1. അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധന നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ലാത്തതിനാൽ തികച്ചും സോപാധിക മായിട്ടാണ് ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

2. ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെ ടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാന മാക്കിയാണ് ഈ ചുരുക്കപട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കി യിട്ടുള്ളത്. അപേക്ഷയിൽ എഴുതാത്ത യാതൊരു അവകാശവും തുടർന്ന് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

3. ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ, പേര്, ജനന തീയതി, ജാതി, യോഗ്യത, നിലവിലുള്ള ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസൻസ് (എച്ച്.ഡി.വി.), ബാഡ്ജ്, നി›ിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള മെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് എന്നിവയും മറ്റു ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അവയും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ ശരിപകർപ്പുകൾ ശാരീരിക അളവെടുപ്പിന്റെ/അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധന സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാ ക്കേ≠താണ്. ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പകർപ്പുകൾ, നി›ിത സമയ പരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെയും അപേക്ഷയിൽ മറ്റ് എന്തെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകൾ ഉള്ളതായി ക≠െത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളുടെയും രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെതന്നെ ഈ ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

പരീക്ഷയിൽ 52 (അൻപത്തിര≠്)-ം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടു≠്.

ഈ ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളും 26-9-2009-ലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ 81/2009/എസ്.സി./എസ്.റ്റി. ഡി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. നോൺ- ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
