NOTIFICATION

NO. LA4-1717/2011. 15th March 2012.

Whereas the Government of Kerala have in notification No. G. O. (Rt.) No. 437/2009/PWD dated 23-3-2009 appointed the Special Tahsildar LA (NH), PMG to perform the function of a Collector under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act 1 of 1894).

And whereas it appears to the Government of Kerala that the land specified in the schedule below are needed or is likely to be needed for a public purpose to wit for the widening and improvement of Kesavadasapuram Mosque to Chaithanya Hospital.

Now therefore, notice to that effect is hereby given to all whom it may concern, in accordance with the provisions of sub section (1) of section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

ഇതോടൊപ്പമുള്ള പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമി ഒരു പൊതു ആവശ്യത്തിനായി അതായത് കേശവദാസപുരം മോസ്ക്ക് മുതൽ ചൈതന്യ ആശുപത്രി വരെയുള്ള റോഡ് വ ി ക സ ി പ്പ ി ക്ക ു ന്ന ത ി ന ു േ വ ≠ ി ആ വ ശ ്യ മ ു െ ≠ േ ന്ന ാ ആവശ്യമു≠ായേക്കാമെന്നോ കളക്ടർക്ക് ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടിരി ക്കുന്നതിനാലും ;

ഇപ്പോൾ ത∑ൂലം ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട എല്ലാ വ്യ‡ികൾക്കും 1894-ലെ സ്ഥലമെടുപ്പ് ആക്ട് (1894-ലെ 1-ാം കേന്ദ്ര ആക്ട്) 4-ാം വകുപ്പ് 1-ാം ഉപവകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്കനുസൃതമായി ഇക്കാര്യത്തിനുള്ള അറിയിപ്പ് ഇതിനാൽ നൽകുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
