And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Mallappally it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1)(d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

പത്തനംതിട്ട, മല്ലപ്പള്ളി താലൂക്കിൽ കൊറ്റനാട് പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ പെരുബെട്ടി വില്ലേജിൽ വലിയകുന്നം മുറിയിൽ തീയാടിയ്ക്കൽ പാലയ്ക്കാമണ്ണിൽ ശ്രീ. റെജി പി. ഈശോയുടെയും πസന്റ ് ഹില്ലിൽ ശ്രീമതി റോസമ്മ ഫിലിപ്പിന്റെയും കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ 15-8-1997-ൽ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. രാധാകൃഷ്ണന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 5,54,974 (അഞ്ചു ലക്ഷത്തി അൻപത്തിനാലായിരത്തി തൊള്ളായിരത്തി എഴുപത്തിനാല് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി പത്തനംതിട്ട മല്ലപ്പള്ളി ചാലാപ്പള്ളി വലിയകുന്നത്ത് കോയിക്കപ്പറമ്പിൽ വീട്ടിൽ (1) ശ്രീമതി രാധാമണിയമ്മ (ഭാര്യ), (2) ശ്രീമതി രാധികാകൃഷ്ണൻ (മകൾ), (3) ശ്രീ. രാഹുൽ കൃഷ്ണൻ (മകൻ), (4) ശ്രീമതി ലക്ഷ്മികുട്ടിയമ്മ (മാതാവ്) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കു ന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒന്നുംതന്നെ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas, the Kerala State Electricity Board, Electrical Division, Pathanamthitta has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 2,87,426 (Rupees Two lakhs Eighty seven thousand four hundred and Twenty six only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri K. R. Gopinathan Nair who met with a fatal accident on 10-8-2001 arising out of and in the course of his employment as under the above employer.
And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Ranni it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1)(d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.
