12-11-2007-ാം തീയതിയിലെ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപന പ്രകാരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള വിവിധ കമ്പനികൾ/ ബോർഡുകൾ/കോർപ്പറേഷനുകൾ എന്നിവയിലെ ഡ്രൈവർ ഗ്രേഡ്-II/ഡ്രൈവർ (എൽ.ഡി.വി.) തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് (കാറ്റഗറി നമ്പർ 425/2007) അതതു സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ശമ്പള നിരക്കിൽ 23-1-2010-ൽ നടന്ന ഒ. എം. ആർ. പരീക്ഷയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ തുടർന്നുള്ള പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് (H-test ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള) പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടാൻ സോപാധികമായി അർഹരായ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ ഏകീകൃത ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടിക ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു. രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ ക്രമീകരണം റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.

കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) 81 (എൺപത്തി ഒന്ന്)-ം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് നേടിയ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ ഈ ഏകീകൃത ചുരുക്കപട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിലും ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവു വരുത്തി ഉപപട്ടികകളിലും ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയാണ് ഏകീകൃത ചുരുക്കപട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
ഫിറ്റ്നസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ തെളിയിക്കുന്ന ഒരു മെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നി›ിത മാതൃകയിൽ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് സർജന്റെ ് റാങ്കിൽ കുറയാത്ത ഒരു മെഡിക്കൽ ആഫീസറിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മാതൃക, പ്രയോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള അറിയിപ്പിനോടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

(3) സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ—അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനന തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധനയ്ക്കുശേഷം ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പകർപ്പുകൾ, നി›ിത സമയ പരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളുടേയും അപേക്ഷയിൽ മറ്റെന്തെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകൾ ഉള്ളതായി ക≠െത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടേയും രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെതന്നെ ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽനിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
4. ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാകുമ്പോൾ 6 മാസത്തിനകം എടുത്ത പാസ്പോർട്ട് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോയും തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും ഹാജരാക്കണം.
പരീക്ഷയിൽ 33 (മുപ്പത്തിമൂന്ന്)-ം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തിയാണ് ഉപപട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

കുറിപ്പ്—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധന ന ട ത്ത ി യ ി ട്ട ി ല്ല ാ ത്ത ത ി ന ാ ൽ ത ി ക ച്ച ു ം സോപാധികമായിട്ടാണ് ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടുവെന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതും 26-9-2009-ലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ 81/2009/ എസ്.സി.എസ്.റ്റി.ഡി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠വരുമായ മറ്റ് പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ആയത് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധന സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അവരെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത ഓപ്പൺ കോമ്പറ്റീഷൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്. മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ഉപപട്ടികകളിലുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെതന്നെ ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടി ക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് ്ര പ സ ി ദ്ധ ീ ക ര ി ക്ക ു ന്ന ത ി ന ു മ ു മ്പ ് ഉ ത്ത ര ക്ക ട ല ാ സ ് പുനxപരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവരുൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്കും ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധിക്കുവാൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

31-12-2009-ാം തീയതിയിലെ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനമനുസരിച്ച് ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയിൽ വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ (cid:31) 4510-6230 (പ്രീ റിവിഷൻ) ശമ്പളനിരക്കിൽ ലാസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രേഡ് സർവ്വന്റ ്സ് തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് (കാറ്റഗറി നമ്പർ 508/09) ഉള്ള തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിനായി 10-7-2010-ാം തീയതിയിൽ നടത്തിയ ഉദ്ദേശ്യാധിഷ്ഠിത (ഒ. എം. ആർ. മൂല്യ നിർണ്ണയം) പൊതുപരീക്ഷയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിനായി സോപാധികമായി അർഹരായ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു. ഈ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.
റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിനു മുൻപായി ഈ പട്ടികയിലുൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിയുടെ ജനനതീയതി, സമുദായം, യോഗ്യത തുടങ്ങിയവ തെളിയിക്കുന്ന പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സൽ പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
പരീക്ഷയിൽ 75-ം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവുകൾ വരുത്തി ഉപപട്ടികകളും, വികലാംഗരായ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ പട്ടികകളും തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾക്ക് മുന്നിലായി ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്ന "A" എന്ന അക്ഷരം ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

(3) സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ (വികലാംഗരായ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ഒഴികെ) അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ-അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി, നേറ്റിവിറ്റി എന്നിവയും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലാ പി. എസ്. സി. ഓഫീസിൽ താഴെ കെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന സമയത്തും തീയതിയിലും പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളും സഹിതം നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്. പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് നേരിൽ ഹാജരാകാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ പേരുകൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതല്ല.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 5-6-2010 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the Probability List published on 6-5-2011 for selection to the post of Cinema Operator on (cid:31) 2750—4625 (PR) in Public Relations Department (Category No. 98/2006) in Malappuram District, arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 29-11-2011. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. Answer scripts will be rechecked, to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistakes in totalling of marks for various answers. Re-checking of answer scripts, will be done on payment of (cid:31) 50 (Fifty only). The fee should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the state by chalan under the Head of Account "0051 PSC105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this Office. Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form at available free of cost from the enquiry section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
Candidates who wish to obtain the photocopy of their OMR answer script (Part A and Part B) relating to this selection should remit the prescribed fee of (cid:31) 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC-800-Other receipts-99 Other receipts". The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Malappuram. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for copy of an answer sheets which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Valid applications for re-checking/ obtaining a photocopy of answer scripts addressed to District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission Distrtict Office, Malappuram shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (ie, the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of Application for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 12-1-2012. Application for re-checking /obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed from will not be entertained.
Entries put in column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved by them with necessary documents.
