കൊല്ലം സിറ്റി പോലീസ് ആഫീസ് കോമ്പൗ≠ിൽ നിൽക്കുന്ന താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ഇനങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട മരങ്ങൾ 8-8-2012-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് ആഫീസ് കോമ്പൗ≠ിൽവച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്ത് വിൽക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്.

കൂടുതൽ തുക ലഭിച്ചാൽ ആയതിന് ടിയാന് അവകാശമു≠ായി രിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ലേലവസ്തുക്കൾ ലേലത്തിന് മുൻപുള്ള പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ വൈകിട്ട് 5 മണിവരെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് കമ്മീഷണർ (ഭരണം)-ടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ തന്നെ ലേലം മാറ്റിവെയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും റദ്ദുചെയ്യുന്നതിനും സിറ്റി പോലീസ് മേധാവിക്ക് അധികാരം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
