The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website) www.keralapsc.org along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 on or before 18-4-2012. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be intiated against those who do so.

3. A Period of Forty five days time for re-checking of answer scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of approval of Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked List.

Candidates desiring to recheck the answer scripts relating to the written test held for selection to the post may apply for re-checking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List.

"Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered."

The application for re-checking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the head of account "0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99—Examination Fee" addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 should reach the office on or before 18-4-2012. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 29-10-2010 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the Probability List published on 16-12-2011 for selection to the post of Tradesman (Electrical) in Technical Education Department in Kollam District (Category No. 376/2007) notified in the Gazette dated 31-10-2007 on ` 4990-7990 (PR) arranged in the order of merit.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 2-4-2012. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier.

Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks for various answers if the candidates apply for rechecking, by remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee".

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kollam within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (i.e. the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission).

Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who sent applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC-800-other receipts-99 other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available on the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kollam within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

The last date for the receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining Photocopy of the answer scripts is 25-5-2012.

Application for rechecking/obtaining Photocopy, received after the prescribed time limt and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

Entries are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kollam within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

The following is the Ranked List containing the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 12-1-2011 for selection to the post of Lower Division Typist (Direct & By Transfer) on ` 5250-8390 (PR) (Category No. 205/09 & 206/09) in Various Departments in Wayanad District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 17-5-2012. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list.

As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed, but re-checking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50. The fee should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee". The marks awarded will be checked a second time and discrepancies, if any, will be rectified.

Application for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Application for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org /or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Candidates can, if required, obtain the Photocopy of their OMR answer sheets. The Photocopy of the OMR sheet will be given on payment of ` 200. The fee should be remitted in the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-99-Other receipts".

The detailed instructions in this regard and a specimen application form are appended with the Ranked List. Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Wayanad within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (ie. the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 1-7-2012. Applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

The entries put in Column 8 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application form and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Wayanad within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The candidates who have secured 20 (Twenty) marks and the above in the Objective Type (OMR) Test have been included in the Main List. The marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in Supplementary Lists.
