UNDER SECTION 13 OF KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES THRISSUR DISTRICT

1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള പരസ്യം 1. താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ റീസർവ്വെ ജോലികൾ പൂർത്തിയായിരിക്കുന്നതായി 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ (1961 ലെ 37-ാം ആക്ട്) 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

2. പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം ഒരു സിവിൽ കോടതിയുടെ ഡിക്രിമൂലം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന റീസർവ്വെ, ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ റീസർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡ് അതിർത്തി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖ പ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അതിരുകൾ ശരിയായി നിർണ്ണ യിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠് എന്നതിന്റെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

2. Unless the survey hereby notified is modified by a decree of a Civil Court under the provisions of section 14 of the said Act, the records of the survey shall be conclusive proof that the boundaries determined and recorded therein have been correctly determined and recorded.
