2. Reports of Liquidator, Industries Extension Officer, Elamdesom dated, 10-4-2012 and 11-7-2012.

The Vandamattom Vanitha Small Scale Industries Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S. IND (I) 6, Vandamattom was registered on 28-2-1975 and was under orders of to liquidation and reported the same. Therefore, it is found that the Registration of the Society is to be cancelled under Section 74 of the KCS Act, 1969. Hence this order.

ORDER

In the above circumstances, in exercise of powers conferred upon me under section 74 of the KCS Act, 1969. I hereby order to wind up the affairs of the Vandamattom Vanitha Small Scale Industries Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S. IND(I) 6, Vandamattom. The Registration of the Society is also hereby cancelled.

NOTICE

Centre, Palakkad and whereas the Liquidator has taken
