Whereas New India Insurance Company Ltd. has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 1,10,515 (Rupees one lakh ten thousand five hundred and fifteen only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Smt. Paru who met with a fatal accident on 21-3-1997 arising out of and in the course of her employment under the above employer.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Kalpetta. It is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.
DETAILS OF DEPENDENTS
within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above. Claims, if any preferred thereafter will not be considered.

If no such claims are received കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി അവകാശം തെളിയിക്കേ≠താണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുളള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
