SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. C1-3279/FSL/2012. 26th July 2012.
Sealed tenders are invited for the "Repairing of Konik make HPLC by replacing Degasser Vaccum Pump" so as to reach this office on or before 12 Noon on 4-9-2012.
Tender No. and Name of work with Approximate Rate—8/2012-13—Repairing of Konik make HPLC by replacing Degasser Vaccum Pump—(cid:31) 80,000.
Cost of tender form—(cid:31) 400 + VAT 4%.
Date and time of opening of tender—4-9-2012, 3 p. m.
The tenders should be superscribed with tender Number and details of the items and addressed to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram, Intending tenderers may on application to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram obtain requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted. The rate is to be quoted in Indian Money.
No advance payment can be made for repairing any of the above item.
Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance price fixed for a form which is not refundable. The sale of tender form will be closed at 4 p.m. on 3-9-2012. Cheques, Drafts, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of form, nor will the forms be sent by VPP. However money orders sent in the name of the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram will be accepted. The amount should include the postage/courier charges for sending tender 400 + വാറ്റ് 4%. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വില—(cid:31) Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the quoted value should be furnished in favour of Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram. The firms which are exempted from furnishing Earnest Money Deposit should produce a copy of relevant authorized documents for verification.
Specifications of the items of tender shall be obtainable from Forensic Science Laboratory with the tender forms. The firms should also furnish the detailed specifications, make, brochures, technical support network in Kerala etc. of the items along with tenders. The tenders without any detailed specifications of quoted items, brochures, make etc. will be rejected forthwith. The tenders without separate envelope and not superscribing the tender number etc. will be rejected.
The tenders should also mention the details regarding warranty along with the tender documents.
Preference will be given to the products quoted by the manufacturer or their authorized dealers having authorization from the original manufacturer. Similarly preferences will be given to the tenders having experience of repairing similar/same items to Government Department, Organizations or Scientific Institutions.
As the item is urgently required, the selected bidder will have to supply the item within two weeks. In case there is any delay in supplying the items due to any pressing circumstances, the tenderers must cite adequate, justifiable grounds in writings.
Specifications of the above items and more details can be obtained from Forensic Science Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram. Police Department is not liable to send any individual communication. The rates quoted should be valid and firm till 4-12-2012.
The Director, Forensic Science Laboratory is empowered to reject any tender without assigning any reason.

താത്പര്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് ഡയറക്ടർ, ഫോറൻസിക്ക് സയൻസ് ലബോറട്ടറി, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-10 എന്ന പേർക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള നിരക്കിൽ പണമടച്ച് ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ ഫോറൻസിക്ക് സയൻസ് ലബോറട്ടറിയിൽനിന്ന് 3-9-2012 വൈകിട്ട് 4 മണിവരെ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ടെൻഡർ സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ രൂപയിലുള്ള വിലയുംകൂടി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്നവരുടെ പേരും ടെൻഡർ നമ്പരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ഡയറക്ടർ, ഫോറൻസിക്ക് സയൻസ് ലബോറട്ടറി, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-10 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 4-9-2012-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്കോ അതിനു മുമ്പോ ലഭിക്കത്തക്ക വിധത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ 4-9-2012, 3 മണിക്ക് തദവസരത്തിൽ ഹാജരായിട്ടുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ, അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള പ്രതിനിധിയുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് തുകയുടെ ഒരുശതമാനം വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ഡയറക്ടർ, ഫോറൻസിക്ക് സയൻസ് ലബോറട്ടറി, തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിന്റെ പേർക്ക് മാറ്റാവുന്ന വിധത്തിൽ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠തും, നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഒഴിവാക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളവർ അത് തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള രേഖകൾ ടെൻഡറിനോടൊപ്പം ഹാജരാക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

യാതൊരു കാരണവും ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടുത്താതെ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുവാനുള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ഫോറൻസിക്ക് സയൻസ് ലബോറട്ടറി ഡയറക്ടറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
