Appeals were also called for from the Vocational Instructor through proper channel. After rectifying the defects, Gradation List of Vocational Instructor in Banking Assistance as on 31-12-2011 is finalized and the same is hereby published in the appended Annexure-I.

സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ '1999 ഏപ്രിൽ' മാസത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ മെക്കാനിക്കൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് ഡിπോമാ പരീക്ഷയിൽ തൃശ്ശൂർ മഹാരാജാസ് ടെക്നോളജിക്കൽ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടിൽ നിന്നും 6454 രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം പാസ്സായ ശ്രീമാൻ മെൽക്കിങ്ങ്, ഇ. എ. എന്ന ആൾക്ക് നൽകിയ ഡിπോമാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ഡിπോമാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും കിട്ടിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ അത് സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-40 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരുവാൻ താല്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു.

പുതിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും പരാതി ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യ തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളറെ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.

TENDER/NOTICE

[No. 4/2012-13]

No. A5-1394/2011/CDC. 8th August 2012.

Sealed tenders are invited for the data entry work in connection with the automation of the library under C.D.C. Fund 2011-2012 for a total amount of ` 1,89,000.

The tender should be superscribed as "Tender No. 4/2012-13 for the data entry work for the automation of the library" and addressed to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6. Sales of tenders will be closed on 15-9-2012 at 2.30 p.m. Last date for receipt of tender form is at 3.00 p.m. on 15-9-2012. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on 15-9-2012 in presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam obtain requisite tender form on which the tender should be submitted. The cost of the tender form is ` 420.

Application form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 420 at the Office or by Money Order which the price is fixed for a form and it is not refundable in any circumstances. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Tender forms are not transferable. Every tender should be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the total amount tendered for. This is subject to a minimum of ` 30. Tender form if required by post an additional amount of ` 40 should be sent.

An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 (Rupees hundred only) is to be submitted along with the tender. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside State, in case they required for the same and remit by Money Order an additional amount of ` 120. Duplicate tender form if any required will be issued at ` 210 per copy, only those who purchased the original tender form.

The Principal reserves herself the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

തലശ്ശേരി ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ബ്രണ്ണൻ കോളേജിൽ ലൈബ്രറി ഓട്ടോമേഷനുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഡാറ്റാ എൻട്രി വർക്കുകൾ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ` 1,89,000 അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടു≠്. അതിനായി മുദ്ര വെച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ടെ≠ർ കവറിന് പുറത്ത് കോളേജിലേക്ക് ലൈബ്രറി ഓട്ടോമേഷന് ആവശ്യമായ ഡാറ്റാ എൻട്രി വർക്കുകൾ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെ≠ർ നമ്പർ 4/2012-13 എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ബ്രണ്ണൻ കോളേജ്, ധർമ്മടം, തലശ്ശേരി-6 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം 15-9-2012, 2.30 മണി വരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

ടെ≠റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 15-9-2012, 3 മണി. ടെ≠റുകൾ 15-9-2012-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെയോ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ പണമായോ, മണി ഓർഡറായോ ` 420 അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. തപാലിൽ വേ≠വർ തപാൽ ചെലവ് കൂടി ` 40 അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകളുടെ വില തിരിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ വി.പി.പി. അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ചെക്ക്, ഡി.ഡി., പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ 1% തുക ഇ.എം.ഡി. അടയ്ക്കേ ≠താണ്. ഇത് ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 30 രൂപയും ആയിരിക്കണം.

ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെകൂടെ ` 100 വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ളവർക്ക് അവർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ മുദ്രപത്രം ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ അയച്ചുതരുന്നതും അതിനുവേ≠ി അധികമായി ` 120 മണി ഓർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ` 210 അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല.

ഏതെങ്കിലുമോ മുഴുവനായോ ടെ≠റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തിനും നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
