TENDER NOTICE

No. M1-15220/2012. 13th August 2012.

Sealed tenders are invited for the construction of Rainwater harvesting unit having a capacity of one lakh litre in Women's Prison, Kannur.

P.A.C.—(cid:31) 3,00,000.

The tender should be superscribed with the Number, Name of tender and addressed to the Superintendent of the concerned institution.

Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% E.M.D. will be at 3 p. m. on 13-9-2012 and will be opened at 4 p.m. on the same day, in the presence of such tenderers/their authorized representatives, who may be present at that time.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The rates quoted must be valid up to 31-3-2013.

Original—(cid:31) 600 + 4% VAT. Duplicate—(cid:31) 300 + 4% VAT.

The cost of tender form will not be refunded under any circumstance. Sale of tender form will be closed at 4 p. m. on 12-9-2012.

Cheques, Postage stamps etc. will not be accepted, towards the cost of tender form. The tender forms will not be sent by V. P. P. Further details regarding the site etc. are available from the Office of the Superintendent, Women's Prison, Kannur during office hours.

കണ്ണൂർ വനിതാ ജയിലിൽ ഒരുലക്ഷം ലിറ്റർ സംഭരണ ശേഷിയുള്ള മഴവെള്ള സംഭരണി സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിനു മുകളിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ ക്രമനമ്പരും പേരും എഴുതി സൂപ്ര≠്, വനിതാ ജയിൽ, കണ്ണൂർ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ 1 % E.M.D. സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ അവസാന തീയതി 13-9-2012-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്കാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകുന്ന വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില്പന 12-9-2012 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
