In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri A. Abdul Azeez, Advocate, 'Hasnas', Near Civil Court, Thalassery, Kannur-670 101 as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 2-8-2012 in the area comprising Thalassery Taluk with Office at Nedumkandam in the Revenue District of Kannur with Register No. 3/99/KNR.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Sri T. J. Thomas, Advocate, Thuruthippillil House, Near Nirmala College Junction, Muvattupuzha P. O., Pin-686 661 as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 18-2-2011 in the area comprising in the Revenue District of Ernakulam and the area of practice is further extended to the whole of State of Kerala w.e.f. 4-8-2012 up to 17-2-2016 with Register No. 114/97/EKM.
