[Issued under Rule 69 (2) of the rules framed under the Co-operative Societies Act 1969 (Act of 1969)] Whereas the affairs of the Changanasserry Taluk Pattikajathi Printing & Book Binding Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S. IND (K) 207, Pathanadu has been ordered to be wound up and the undersigned has been appointed as the Liquidator as per Proceedings No. C3-5522/11, dated 20-1-2012 of the General Manager (in charge), District Industries Centre, Kottayam. Notice is hereby given that all claims against the society shall be preferred to undersigned in person or through the authorised agent within two months from the date of publication of this notice.

the society. The Director of Handloom and Textiles, Trivandrum has also informed that taken urgent steps in the final winding up of the society vide letter read as 2nd above. Hence the order.

ORDER

In the circumstances stated above, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Section 71 (1) of KCS Act, 1969. I do hereby order for winding up of the affairs of the Gandhiji Smaraka Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 3409, Chittur. Sri K. Chandran, Senior Co-operative Inspector (HL), Taluk Industries Office, Chittur is appointed as the Liquidator of the society for the purpose. The Senior Co-operative Inspector (HL), Chittur will take charge of the Liquidator of the society forthwith and shall complete the liquidation work within one year from the date of this order.

The society was registered on 5-1-1994. The nature of activity of the society is the manufacturing of readymade garments. The Enquiry Officer has recommended for the winding up of the society as the members are not interested in the affairs of the society. Hence the order.

ORDER

In the circumstances above, and in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Section 71 (1) of KCS Act, 1969. I hereby order for the winding up of the affairs of the captioned society and Senior Co-operative Inspector (Inds.), Taluk Industries Office, Chittur is appointed as Liquidator of the society. The Liquidator will take charge of the assets and registers of the society forthwith. He shall complete the liquidation work within one year from the date of this order.

കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ നടപടിക്രമം ഹാജർ : എം. വി. യോഹന്നാൻ.

സംഘം അഞ്ച് വർഷത്തിലധികമായി പ്രവർത്തനരഹിതമാണ്. സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം മുന്നോട്ട് കൊ≠ുപോകുന്നതിന് ഭാരവാഹികൾക്ക് താൽപര്യമില്ലാത്തതിനാലും, സംഘം പുനരുദ്ധരിക്കുന്നതിന് സാധ്യമല്ല എന്ന് ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടതിന്റെയും അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം അനുസരിച്ച് സംഘം നിർത്തൽ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടികൾ പരാമർശം (1) പ്രകാരം ജൂനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ (വ്യവസായം), കോഴിക്കോട് ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്.

ഉത്തരവ്

മേൽ പരാമർശിച്ച സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 71-ൽ ഒന്ന് പ്രകാരം എന്നിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്ന അധികാര പ്രകാരം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പുഞ്ചിരി വനിതാ സഹകരണ സംഘം ലിമിറ്റഡ് നമ്പർ എസ്. ഇൻഡ്. (ഡി) 320, എരഞ്ഞിപ്പാലം എന്ന സംഘത്തിന്റെ സമാപ്തീകരണ ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു. സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 71 (1) പ്രകാരം ജൂനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ (വ്യവസായം) കോഴിക്കോടിനെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി ഇതിനാൽ നിയമിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ചയുടൻ ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ സംഘം അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്ററിൽനിന്നും ചാർ÷് എടുക്കേ≠തും പ്രസ്തുത വിവരം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ അറിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. കൂടാതെ 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം ചട്ടം 69 പ്രകാരം തുടർ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിച്ച് സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ പ്രവൃത്തികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിൽ കോഴിക്കോട് താലൂക്കിൽ എരഞ്ഞിപ്പാലം ആസ്ഥാനമാക്കി ക്ലിപ്ത ബാദ്ധ്യതയോടുകൂടി 15-4-1996-ൽ കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം ആക്ട് പ്രകാരം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത S.IND(D) 320-ാം നമ്പർ പുഞ്ചിരി വനിത വ്യവസായ സഹകരണ സംഘം എന്ന സഹകരണ സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ ചട്ടം 71 (2) (ബി) പ്രകാരം കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ 13-12-2011-ലെ സി3/4214/2010-ാം നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് അനുസരിച്ച് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുകയും കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ 13-12-2011-ലെ സി3/4214/2010-ാം നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവുപ്രകാരം എന്നെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
