In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri V. Sureshkumar, Advocate, 'Sivakripa', Pulimoodu, Koonthalloor, Thiruvananthapuram, 27th August 2012.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952), read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Smt. M. N. Sheelamma Balika, Advocate, Chekkattu House, Mallankuzha, Pathanapuaram-689 694 as Notary for a further Chirayinkil P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 304 as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 6-9-2012 in the area comprising in the Revenue District of Thiruvananthapuram and the area of practice is further extended to the whole State of Kerala w.e.f. 6-9-2012 up to 5-9-2017 with Register No. 10/99/TVPM.
