[Under Rule 69 (2) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Rule 1969.]
Whereas the undersigned is appointed as Liquidator of Keezhattingal Handloom Weavers Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 3391, Attingal as per Order No. CS-5/8758/2011 dated 24-8-2011 of the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Thiruvananthapuram.
And whereas the undersigned has taken charge as such on 1-2-2012 it is hereby notified that all claims against the said society if any shall be preferred within 60 (sixty) days from the date of publication of this notice before the undersigned in writing and the claims not preferred accordingly within the stipulated period will not be considered on any account.

ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ 24-11-2011-ാം തീയതിയിലെ സി 396/2007-ാം നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയിൽ ചേർത്തല താലൂക്കിൽ കളവംകോടത്ത് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന എ (എച്ച്) 7-ാം നമ്പർ വയലാർ വനിത കൈത്തറി നെയ്ത്ത് സഹകരണ സംഘം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ഉത്തരവാകുകയും ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജൂനിയർ സൂപ്പർവൈസർ (ഹാന്റ ്ലൂം) ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ചുമതല ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്.
ടി സംഘത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും കിട്ടുവാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ആ വിവരം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 60 ദിവസത്തിനകം ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററെ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.
നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരുവിധ ബാദ്ധ്യതകളും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ലെന്നും ഇതിനാൽ ഏവരേയും അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
