Whereas, Sri K. Jayaprakash, Sreepadam Veedu, Pallickal Naduvila Muri, Bharanicavu Village, Mavelikkara Taluk, Alappuzha District has deposited with this Court a sum of (cid:31) 3,72,395 (Rupees Three lakh seventy two thousand three hundred and ninety five only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Sreedharan who met with a fatal accident while employed under Sri K. Jayaprakash, Sreepadam Veedu, Pallickal Naduvila Muri, Bharanicavu Village, Mavelikkara Taluk, Alappuzha District and whereas it is reported that

Smt. Omana, A. K. (Wife), Punnakkattethu House, VazharmangalamMuri, Chengannur Village, Chengannur

Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the person mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

(cid:31) ശ്രീ. കെ. ജയപ്രകാശ്, ശ്രീപാദം വീട്, പള്ളിയ്ക്കൽ നടുവിലമുറി, ഭരണിക്കാവ് വില്ലേജ്, മാവേലിക്കര താലൂക്ക്, ആലപ്പുഴ എന്നയാളുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ അപകട മു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. ശ്രീധരന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി 3,72,395 (മൂന്ന് ലക്ഷത്തി എഴുപത്തി ര≠ായിരത്തി മുന്നൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതയായി ശ്രീമതി ഓമന, എ. കെ. (ഭാര്യ), പുന്നക്കാട്ടേത്ത് വീട്, വാഴാർമംഗലം മുറി, ചെങ്ങന്നൂർ വില്ലേജ്, ചെങ്ങന്നൂർ.

Whereas, the Chief Executive, Kerala Headload Worker's Welfare Board, Ernakulam has deposited with this Court a sum of (cid:31) 2,36,782 (Rupees Two lakh thirty six thousand seven hundred and eighty two only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri V. T. Sivadasan who met with a fatal accident while employed under Smt. Sulekha Soman Pillai, Soorya Hardwares, Koyickal Junction, Kuttamperoor P.O., Mannar and whereas it is reported that

2. Smt. Sandhya, V. S.

are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the Employees Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

Whereas, the Director of Insurance, Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this Court a sum of (cid:31) 5,85,404 (Rupees Five lakh eighty five thousand four hundred and four only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Shaju Varghese who met with a fatal accident under the Kerala Police and whereas it is reported that

കേരള പോലീസിന് കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവേ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. ഷാജു വർഗ്ഗീസിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി 5,85,404 (അഞ്ചുലക്ഷത്തി എൺപത്തയ്യായിരത്തി നാനൂറ്റി (cid:31) നാല് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി 1. ശ്രീ. ജോർജ് (പിതാവ്), ചരുവിള വീട്, മേലില പി. ഒ.,

കുന്നിക്കോട്, കൊല്ലം.

2. ശ്രീമതി സൂസമ്മ ജോർജ് (മാതാവ്) ,, എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
