തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവ. ആയുർവ്വേദ കോളേജിലും അനുബന്ധ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലും പുതിയ Fire Extinguishers സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിനും നിലവിലുള്ള Fire Extinguishers റീഫിൽ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും ആയുർവ്വേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽചെയ്ത് 5-10-2012, 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വില്പന 5-10-2012 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാ നിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയേക്കാൾ ` 50 കൂടുതൽ മണിഓർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താകുന്നു. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ ദർഘാസ് അംഗീക രിച്ച് നൽകുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു വർഷം വരെയുള്ള കാലയളവിനുള്ളിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ഒരു ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില `416 ( ` 400 + VAT ` 16 ), ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില ` 208.
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം നിരതദ്രവ്യ തുകയായി ` 2,000 തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവ്വേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും ` 100-ന്റെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെന്റും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഏതൊരു ടെ≠റും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവ്വേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.
