Orders issued.

Read :—U.O. Note No. CS. 10/2998/95 dated 2-7-2012.

Vide U.O. Note read above it has been directed to take steps to wind up the affairs of M/s. Swaraj Vanitha Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S. IND(T) 545. For this purpose a Liquidator has to be appointed for the liquidation process. Hence this order.

ORDERIn the circumstances stated above, I in exercise of powers conferred on me under Section 71 (2) of the KCS Act 1969 do hereby order the winding up of the affairs of M/s. Swaraj Vanitha Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S.IND(T)545 and authorise Sri Sunil Chandran, Senior Co-operative Inspector, Neyyattinkara-II Handloom Circle as Liquidator. He will take charge of the assets and records of the society immediately and report the date of taking charge of the society and periodical report on the progress of the work will be forwarded promptly. പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ ക്ലിപ്ത ബാദ്ധ്യതയോടുകൂടി 1969-ലെ കേരള ബോധിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ ഏവരേയും അറിയിച്ചു സഹകരണ സംഘം ആക്ട് പ്രകാരം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത അഴിയൂർ

സി.എസ്. 3/25/10-ാം നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് അനുസരിച്ച് എന്നെ

(ഒപ്പ്) ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
