In partial modification of the notification cited, the High Court of Kerala hereby notifies that the Civil Suits filed in the High Court under the Designs Act, 2000 shall hereafter be categorized under the nomenclature Civil Suit (D. A.). The new nomenclature shall be applicable with effect from 22-8-2012.
