നമ്പർ എ.ഇ.എൽ. 9561/2011. 2012 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 27. കല്ലറ ഹരിജൻ സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ റ്റി. 835-ന്റെ സമാപ്തീകരണ നടപടികൾക്കായി തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ ജോയിന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാറുടെ 30-1-1990-ലെ എ. ഇ. എൽ. 10336/89-ാം നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം 30-6-1990-ൽ നന്ദിയോട് യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി ചാർ÷് എടുത്തിരുന്നു. ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചു. ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്ത് ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ നടപടികൾ സമാപ്തീകരിക്കു ന്നതിന് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയത് ഈ നോട്ടീസിന്റെ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണ തീയതി മുതൽ പതിനഞ്ച് ദിവസത്തിനകം ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററെ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠തും ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ റിക്കാർഡുകൾ ആരുടെയെങ്കിലും കൈവശമു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയത് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർക്ക് ലഭ്യമാക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
കെ. 919-ാം നമ്പർ എരുമേലി ജനറൽ മാർക്കറ്റിംഗ് സഹകരണ സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരിച്ചുകൊ≠് 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 71 പ്രകാരം ഉത്ത രവാകുന്നു. കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി സഹകരണ സംഘം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ആഫീസിലെ പൊൻകുന്നം യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ഉടൻതന്നെ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ റിക്കാർഡു കളും ആസ്തികളും കൈവശപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തും, ഈ ഉത്തരവ് തീയതി മുതൽ 60 ദിവസം കഴിയുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ നടപടികൾ ആരംഭിക്കേ≠തും നി›ിത സമയത്തിനകം പൂർത്തീകരിക്കേ≠തുമാകുന്നു.
ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ചാർ÷് എടുത്ത ആസ്തികളുടെയും ബാദ്ധ്യതകളുടേയും വിവരവും ചാർ÷് എടുത്ത തീയതിയും അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്. ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ പുരോഗതിയും പാദവാർഷികമായി റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.
