And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, 1st Circle, Thiruvananthapuram it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will not be considered.
9th OCT. 2012] LABOUR DEPARTMENT 52എറണാകുളം, പാലാരിവട്ടത്തുള്ള കൺസ്യൂമർ പ്രൊട്ടക്ഷൻ ഗൈഡൻസ് കമ്പനിയുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള KL-07-AE-3777- ാം നമ്പർ ലോറിയുടെ ഡ്രൈവറായി ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ 2-5-2006-ന് മാരകമായി അപകടം ഉ≠ാവുകയും 25-6-2010-ൽ മരണമടയുകയും ചെയ്ത ശ്രീ. ശശിധരന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 37,948 (മുപ്പത്തേഴായിരത്തി തൊള്ളായിരത്തി നാൽപത്തിയെട്ട് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്.
തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കല്ലിയൂർ തെറ്റിവിള എസ്. വൈ. സദനത്തിൽ ശ്രീമതി ബി. യശോദ (ഭാര്യ) മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാര മുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തി നകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ിക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനു ശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒന്നുംതന്നെ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ബിജുമോൻ, റ്റി. റ്റി. യുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. രാജേഷിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 4,58,171 (നാലുലക്ഷത്തി അമ്പത്തി എണ്ണായിരത്തി ഒരുന്നൂറ്റി എഴുപത്തി ഒന്ന് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ട പരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതയായി, ഭാനുമതി (അമ്മ), വെട്ടിതുരുത്തിൽ ഹൗസ്, ഏറ്റുമാനൂർ പി. ഒ., കോട്ടയം എന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് .
ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ിക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശ വാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
