Sundaresan, Shine Nivas from Padipura Veedu, Kottapurathu cherry, Kottapuram Village, Kollam Taluk who was father of petitioner and husband of respondent.

The deceased D. Sundaresan owned and possessed the following assets at the time of his death

(iii) Equity share each of ` 10 amount paid up share having Reg. Folio No. FB 009806 00013039 Certificate No. 00058876 one hundred numbers having distinctive numbers 05560120 to 05560219 having value ` 1000.

(iv) Equity share each of ` 10 amount paid up share having Reg. Folio No. 011/34/09806 Certificate No. 20470 one hundred numbers having distinctive numbers 1935271 to 1935370 having value ` 1000.

(v) Equity share each of ` 10 amount paid up share having Reg. Folio No. 011/34/09806 Certificate No. 20471 one hundred numbers having distinctive numbers 1935371 to 1935470 having value ` 1000.
