സൂചന:— 1. കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജ)-ന്റെ 19-6-2012-ലെ 830/12 നമ്പർ കത്ത്. 2. ഈ ആഫീസിലെ 11-7-2012-ലെ എ. ഇ. എൽ./5036/12 നമ്പർ നോട്ടീസ്.
കെ. 846 പൊൻകുന്നം ഓട്ടോമൊബൈൽ വർക്കേഴ്സ് സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ 15-4-1992-ൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് 12-5-1992-ൽ പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചു. കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജ) ആഫീസിലെ കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനയിൽ സംഘം ദീർഘനാളായി പ്രവർത്തനരഹിതമാണെന്നും 30-4-2012 മുതൽ അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റർ ഭരണത്തിലാണെന്നും, സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം പുനരു÷ീവിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് സംഘാംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് താൽപര്യമില്ലാത്ത അവസ്ഥയി ലാണെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്. ആയതിനാൽ സംഘം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് ഉത്തരവാകണമെന്നും സൂചന(1) പ്രകാരം ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്. സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതുസംബന്ധിച്ച് സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം മുൻ ഭരണസമിതി അംഗങ്ങൾക്കും, കോട്ടയം ജില്ലാ സഹകരണ ബാങ്കിനും കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി സർക്കിൾ സഹകരണ യൂണിയനും ആക്ഷേപം/അഭിപ്രായം ബോധിപ്പിക്കു ന്നതിന് അവസരം നൽകി. ആയത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് കോട്ടയം ജില്ലാ സഹകരണ ബാങ്ക് സംഘം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യരുതെന്ന് അഭിപ്രായം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടു≠്. മുൻ ഭരണ സമിതിയംഗങ്ങളോ, സർക്കിൾ സഹകരണ യൂണിയനോ അഭിപ്രായം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

19th MAY 2009] CO-OPERATIVE DEPARTMENT 86ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ഉടൻ തന്നെ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ റിക്കാർഡുകളും ആസ്തികളും കൈവശപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തും ഈ ഉത്തരവു തീയതി മുതൽ 60 ദിവസം കഴിയുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ നടപടികൾ ആരംഭിക്കേ≠തും നി›ിത സമയത്തിനകം പൂർത്തീകരിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ചാർജെടുത്ത റിക്കാർഡുകളുടെയും ആസ്തികളുടെയും ബാദ്ധ്യതകളുടെയും വിവരവും ചാർജെടുത്ത തീയതിയും അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്. ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ പുരോഗതിയും പാദവാർഷികമായി റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.
