TENDER NOTICES

Tender No. 31/2012-13. 4th October 2012.
Sealed competitive tenders subscribing "Tender for Double fold Calendar Rimming for the Government of Kerala Calendar 2013'' are invited so as to reach the undersigned on or before 18-10-2012, 2 p.m. Tender will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of ` 800 +VAT for original and ` 400 + VAT for duplicate. Neither Cheque, Demand Draft, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders etc. towards the cost of tender forms will be accepted nor tender forms will be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by registered post subject to a cash payment of money order inclusive of postal charges ` 32. Money Order for the same will be received upto 11- 10-2012 only. The tender forms are not transferable. If the date of opening of tender forms happens to be a holiday, the same will be opened on the succeeding first working day. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) thereof @ 1% of the total amount quoted should be executed and forwards along with the tenders. The Earnest Money Deposit should be remitted by Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Director of Printing for the due fulfilment of the contract stamp paper will be supplied to the firm outside Kerala, if required on payment of ` 82 by Money Order. The contractment will not be responsible for tapal delay if any.
The work includes Rimming of Government Calendar of Six Sheets in each with meta1 rim of length 16½" and thickness 0.11" and providing necessary hanging cords of length and hole for cord. The metal rim should be plain in colour and corrosion resistant for atleast a period of one year. Approximate number of Government Calendar rimming is about Three Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand which may vary according to necessity and requirement.
The work should be completed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the work order. The work will have to be carried out in Government Presses Ernakulam, Vazhoor, Kottayam or any other Government Presses in Kerala that the department may decide and work should carried out simultaneously in that presses.
Sample piece of rims and cord should be forwarded along with the tender and the rate quoted should be for the rimming 1000 Nos. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, duties and charges and should remain firm for acceptance till 31-3-2013. The specimen and all details regarding the tin piece and cord to be used should be clearly specified in the tender.
Calendar will be supplied for rimming pasted with gum/adhesive or wire stitching. Payment will be made after satisfactory completion of the work.
Late tenders and tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit, preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper and samples will not be accepted on any account. All Government Rules in force relating to the purchase of tenders will be applicable in this case also.
അനുമതി ലഭിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ മുഴുവൻ കല≠റുക ളുടെയും റിമ്മിംഗ് ജോലി പൂർത്തിയാക്കേ≠താണ്. റിമ്മിംഗ് ചെയ്യേ≠ കല≠റുകളുടെ മൊത്തം എണ്ണത്തിൽ സന്ദർഭത്തിന് അനുസരണമായി വ്യതിയാനം ഉ≠ായെന്ന് വന്നേക്കാം. തിരുവ നന്തപുരം, എറണാകുളം, മണ്ണന്തല, വാഴൂർ എന്നീ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് പ്രസ്സുകളിലോ അച്ചടിവകുപ്പ് തീരുമാനിക്കുന്ന മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും സർക്കാർ പ്രസ്സുകളിലോ വച്ച് ആയിരിക്കണം പണി നടത്തേ ≠ത്. ടി ജോലികൾ എല്ലാ പ്രസ്സുകളിലും ഒരേ സമയം തന്നെ ചെയ്തു തീർക്കേ≠താണ്. ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ലോഹഷീറ്റിന്റെയും ന ാ ട യ ു െ ട യ ു ം മാതൃകയും വിശദവിവരങ്ങളും മറ്റ് നിബന്ധനകളും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം നൽകിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ആയിരം കല≠റുകൾ റിം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള നിരക്ക് ആയി വേണം ദർഘാസ് നിരക്ക് കാണിക്കേ≠ത്. പ്രസ്തുത നിരക്ക് 31-3-2013 വരെ പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ ഉ≠ായിരിക്കേ≠തും എല്ലാ നികുതി, ഡൂട്ടി, ഇതര കൂലി/ചെലവുകൾ എല്ലാം അടങ്ങിയിരി ക്കുന്നതും ആയിരിക്കണം. റിം ചെയ്യേ≠ കല≠റുകൾ പശ കൊ≠് ഒട്ടിച്ചോ വയർ സ്റ്റിച്ചിംഗ് ചെയ്തോ നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
കല≠റിന്റെ റിമ്മിംഗ് ജോലി തൃപ്തികരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയശേഷം മാത്രമേ പണം അനുവദിച്ച് നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ.
വൈകി കിട്ടുന്നതും നിരതദ്രവ്യം, കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിലുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രം, മാതൃക എന്നിവയിലല്ലാതെ കിട്ടുന്നതും ആയ ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും നിയമങ്ങളും അതിന് ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

2013 വർഷത്തെ സർക്കാർ കല≠ർ റിം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 18-10-2012 വൈകുന്നേരം 2 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് നൽകുന്നവരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ദ ർ ഘ ാ സ ു ക ൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ 2013-ലെ സർക്കാർ കല≠ർ റിം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്ന് എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം.
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ ഒറിജിനൽ ` 800 + വാറ്റ് നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ` 400 + വാറ്റ് നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവ. സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ടി ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി.പി.പി.യായി അയച്ചു തരുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില പോസ്റ്റേജ് ചിലവിനുള്ള ` 32 സഹിതം മണിയോർഡറായി അയച്ചുതരുന്നപക്ഷം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ രജിസ്ട്രേഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വില മണിയോർഡർ മുഖേന 11-10-2012 വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസു കൾ തുറക്കുവാൻ നി›യിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ദിവസം അവധിയാകുക യാണെങ്കിൽ അതിന് തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസു കൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ` 100 മുഖവിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ സമ്മതപത്രവും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം അച്ചടി വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പേരിൽ വാങ്ങിയ ബാങ്ക് ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി വേണം നൽകേ≠ത്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് ` 82 മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ മുദ്രപത്രം രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ്. ഏതെങ്കിലും രീതിയിൽ തപാലിൽ ഉ≠ാ കുന്ന കാലതാമസത്തിന് ഈ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കു ന്നതല്ല.
ആറ് ഷീറ്റുകൾ വീതമുള്ള കല≠റിന്റെ മുകളിൽ മദ്ധ്യ ഭാഗത്ത് ദ്വാരമിട്ട് അതിലൂടെ കല≠ർ തൂക്കിയിടുന്നതിനായി 4 ഇഞ്ച് നീളത്തിലുള്ള നാട അഥവാ ചരട് കോർത്ത് 16½ ഇഞ്ച് നീളത്തിലും 0.11 ഇഞ്ച് ഘനത്തിലും ഉള്ള ലോഹപാളി ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഉദ്ദേശം മൂന്നുലക്ഷത്തിഎഴുപത്തി അയ്യായിരം കല≠ർ റിം ചെയ്യുന്ന ജോലിയാണ് ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നത്. ലോഹപാളി ടിൻ നിറത്തിൽ ഉള്ളതും കുറഞ്ഞത് ഒരു വർഷം വരെ തുരുമ്പിക്കാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമായിരിക്കണം. പണിക്ക്

The work includes the spiral binding of Daily Remembrancer of size 28cm width and 14mm thickness. The work should be done at the Government Central Press, Thiruvananthapuram and should be completed within 15 days from the date of receipt of work order.
