In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Sri P. V. Jose S/o Varkey, Advocate, Parayil House, Kelakam P. O., Kannur (District), Pin-670 674 as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 29-9-2012 in the area comprising Thalassery Taluk with office at Koothuparambu in the Revenue District of Kannur with Register No. 2/2012/KNR.
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) section 10 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) the Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of Sri Baldwin Austin, Advocate, Kurusady Benglow, Sakthikulangara, Kollam (Notary Register No. 5/2000/KLM) from the Register of Notaries with effect from 2-4-2012.
