Note:—(1) Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of (cid:31) 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account 0051 PSC- 105 State PSC-99-Other Receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Exam-I), KPSC, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within 45 days from the date on which the ranked list is brought into force. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is 4-8-2011. Application received after the prescribed date will not be entertained.
(2) A period of 45 days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Script will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date on which the Ranked List is brought into force. The candidates can avail only one chance.
"Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered". "Applications for re-checking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee (cid:31) 50 under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee", addressed to The Deputy Secretary (Exam-I) Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram should reach the office on or before 4-8-2011. Application for re-checking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 13-11-2009 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the Probability List published on 17-1-2011 for the post of Tradesman (Sheet Metal) (Category No. 377/2007) on (cid:31) 4990-7990 (PR) in Technical Education Department in Thrissur District arranged in the order of merit.
The Ranked List is published on the basis of the Gazette Notification for the post dated 31-10-2007 as Category No. 377/2007. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 5-3-2011. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List for the post after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of (cid:31) 50 in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidate from this office. Applications for rechecking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom.
Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, SC/ST Development Corporation Building, II Floor, Opp. Town Hall, City Post Office, Chembukavu, Thrissur-20 should reach this office within 45 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List by the PSC (ie., The date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.
Candidates who wish to obtain the photocopy of the answer sheet have to remit a prescribed fee of (cid:31) 200 which shall be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the state which is to be credited to the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 Other receipts-99-Other receipts" and the original chalan receipt should be attached with the application. The copy of the OMR sheet will be given only once and copy of both "A" Part and "B" Part will be given. The photo copy will be sent by Registered Post to the applicant. Candidate will be given the copy of their own answer script only and if it is proved that application has been given to get the copy of other candidates answer script legal action will be initiated against the applicant. The application to obtain the photo copy of OMR answer script should reach this office within 45 days from the date of publication of Ranked List. Copies of OMR Sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.
Entries put in Column (7) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.
All the candidates who have secured 54 (fifty four) marks and above in the OMR Test held on 13-11-2009 and who have appeared with necessary documents for the verification of Original Certificates have been included in the Ranked List. The marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in the Supplementary Lists.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 25-10-2008 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the probability list published on 16-6-2010 for the Post of Clerk Typist on (cid:31) 3050-5230 (Pre-revision) in Various Departments in Thrissur District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is published on the basis of the Gazette Notification for the post dated 25-4-2006 as Category No. 17/2006 (Direct Recruitment) and 18/2006 (By Transfer Recruitment). The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 10-5-2011. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List for the post after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of (cid:31) 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State-PSC-99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidate from this office. Application for re-checking of answerscript should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, SC/ST Development Corporation Building, II Floor, Opp. Town Hall, City Post Office, Chempukavu, Thrissur-680 020 should reach this office within 45 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List by the Public Service Commission (i.e. the date on which the ranked list has been approved by the Commission). The application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The last date for receipt of application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answerscript is 23-6-2011.
Candidates who wish to obtain the Photocopy of the answer sheet have to remit a prescribed fee of (cid:31) 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) which shall be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State which is to be credited to the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 Other receipts 99-Other receipts" and the original chalan receipt should be attached with the application. The copy of the OMR sheet will be given only once and copy of both "A" Part and "B" part will be given. The Photocopy will be sent by Registered Post to the applicant. Candidate will be given the copy of their own answerscript only and if it is proved that application has been given to get the copy of other candidates answerscript legal action will be initiated against the applicant. The application to obtain the Photocopy of OMR answerscript should reach this Office within 45 days from the date of publication of Ranked List. Copies of OMR Sheet invalidated to any defect will not be issued.
Entries put in column (8) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of the List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.
All the candidates who have secured 49 (fortynine) marks and above in the OMR Test held on 25-10-2008 and who have appeared with necessary documents for the verification of Original Certificates have been included in the Main List of List I of the Ranked List and all the candidates who have secured 39 (thirtynine) marks and above in the OMR Test held on 25-10-2008 for By Transfer Category and who have appeared with necessary documents for verification have been included in List II of the Ranked List. The marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in the Supplementary List.

പരീക്ഷയുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരിന്റെ ക്രമത്തിൽ മാത്രമാണ് ഈ ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.
രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾക്ക് മുമ്പിലായി 'W' എന്ന് ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധന നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ലാത്തതിനാൽ തികച്ചും സോപാധികമാ യിട്ടാണ് ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.
(2) ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാ പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അപേക്ഷ യിൽ എഴുതാത്ത യാതൊരു അവകാശവും തുടർന്ന് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
(3) സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ-അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകൾ (നേരത്തെ ഹാജരാക്കാത്തവർ)അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധനാസമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ ≠താണ്. ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പകർപ്പുകൾ നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെയും അപേക്ഷ യിൽ മറ്റ് എന്തെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകൾ ഉള്ളതായി ക≠െത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെയും രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
(4) ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണ പരിശോധ നയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാകുമ്പോൾ 6 മാസത്തിനകം എടുത്ത പാസ്പോർട്ട് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോയും തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും ഹാജരാക്കണം.
പരീക്ഷയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്ത ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെടാത്ത മുഴുവൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളെയും സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടു≠്.
ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതും 26-9-2009-ലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ 81/2009/എസ്.സി./ എസ്.റ്റി.ഡി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠വരുമായ മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ആയത് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അവരെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത ഓപ്പൺ കോംപറ്റീഷൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
