തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ സഹകരണ സംഘം ജോയിന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ)-ടെ നടപടിക്രമം

സൂചന: —നെടുമങ്ങാട് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ)-ടെ 17-1-2012-ലെ എൻ. ഡി. ഡി. 30/12 നമ്പർ കത്ത്.

റ്റി. 1416-ാം നമ്പർ വലിയമല കാഷ്വൽ ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്ട് സഹകരണ സംഘം 10-3-1999-ൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് 29-3-1999-ൽ പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചുവെന്നും എന്നാൽ സംഘത്തിന്റെ ബൈലാ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഉദ്ദേശ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും തന്നെ സംഘം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തതിനുശേഷം നടന്നിട്ടില്ലായെന്നും സൂചന പ്രകാരം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സംബന്ധിച്ച് സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 66 പ്രകാരം നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനാ റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ ടി സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കാവുന്നതാണെന്നും അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

മേൽ വിവരിച്ച സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ചുവടെ ചേർക്കും വിധം ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു:

റ്റി. 1416-ാം നമ്പർ വലിയമല കാഷ്വൽ ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്ട് സഹകരണ സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം 1969 -ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമത്തിലെ 71 (ബി) വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

നെടുമങ്ങാട് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ആഫീസിലെ നെടുമങ്ങാട് യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി ഇതിനാൽ നിയമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ചാർ÷് യഥാവിധി ഏറ്റെടുത്ത് ടി വിവരം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. നിയമാനുസരണമുള്ള അപ്പീൽ കാലാവധിക്കുശേഷം സംഘത്തിന്റെ സമാപ്തീകരണ നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തീകരിച്ച് രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
