ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞാലുടൻ ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും ടെ≠റിലെ തുക ലേലത്തുകയേക്കാൾ കുടുതലാണെങ്കിൽ ടെ≠ർ നൽകിയ ആളുടെ പേരിൽ ലേലം ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതും കൂടുതൽ തുകയ്ക്ക് ലേലം വിളിച്ചിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ ടിയാളുടെ പേരിൽ ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതും ടിയാൻ ഉടൻ തന്നെ ലേല സംഖ്യയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന തുകയുടെ പകുതി തുക (നിരതദ്രവ്യം കഴിച്ച്) അടയ്ക്കേ≠തും ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി കഴിഞ്ഞാലുടൻ ബാക്കി തുക കൂടി അടച്ച് ലേലം ചെയ്ത വാഹനങ്ങൾ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠തുമാണ്.
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് വിപരീതമായി ടിയാൻ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടിയാൻ അടച്ച തുക സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും ലേലം ചെയ്ത വാഹനം പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതും അതുമൂലം എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സർക്കാരിനു സംഭവിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ആയത് മുൻലേലക്കാരനിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. മറിച്ച് ലാഭമു≠ാകുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ആയതിന് മുൻ ലേലക്കാരൻ അർഹനല്ലാത്തതുമായിരിക്കും.
ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തവർ കെട്ടിവച്ച നിരതദ്രവ്യം ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞാലുടനെ തിരികെ കൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ലേലത്തിൽ വിൽക്കുവാനുള്ള വാഹനം പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10-നും വൈകിട്ട് 5-നും ഇടയിൽ കളമശ്ശേരി സായുധ സേനാവിഭാഗം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് കമാ≠ന്റിന്റെ മുൻകൂട്ടിയുള്ള അനുവാദത്തോടെ പരിശോധിക്കാ വുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the regular refilling of toners and replacement of toner catridge, drum and other spares if necessitates for the 124 Numbers of Computer Laser Printers available in the Police Stations/CI Offices/ DYSP Offices/AR Camp/Women Cell and District Police Office in the Kannur District to be refilled on demand at the respective Police Stations/Offices for the period upto 31-12-2013. The model numbers of the Printer/Machines are furnished below.
Model HP Laser Jet 2015, 3052,1020, 1007, P 2055dn & M 1319f Panasonic MF KXMB 2010SX Printer.
Intending tenderers may submit their applications to the District Police Chief, Civil Station P. O., Kannur-670 002 and obtain the requiste tender form in which the tender should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a receipt for cash remittance of ` 1,050 (including VAT) remitted at the District Police Office, Kannur and the said amount is not refundable at any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Date and time of closing the issue of tender forms will be on 2-11-2012 at 4 p.m. Last date and time of receipt of tender is 2-11-2012, 5 p. m. Cheque/ Draft/ Postal Order and Postage Stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and tender forms will not be send by V. P. P. either. Duplicate tender form if required will be issued at ` 525 (including VAT) per copy. Date upto the rates are to be firm is 31-12- 2013.
The envelope containing tender should be superscribed "Tenders for refilling of toners of computer laser Printers of Kannur District Police" with tender no. and addressed to the District Police Chief, Civil Station P. O., Kannur-670 002. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. of 3-11-2012 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized persons who may be present at that time.
CONDITIONS
1. Every tenderer should remit 1% as EMD i. e. ` 5,000 in favour of "District Police Chief, Kannur" either through DD or cash remittance at this Office.
2. The tenderer should enclose an agreement as described in tender forms in Stamp Paper worth ` 100.
3. The successful tenderer should sign an agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and deposit 5% value of the contract as security deposit.
