സൂചന:—നെടുമങ്ങാട് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ)-ടെ 17-1-2012-ലെ എൻ.ഡി.ഡി. 30/12 നമ്പർ കത്ത്.

റ്റി.1271-ാം നമ്പർ ആനാട് രാജീവ് ഗാന്ധി ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്ട് സഹകരണ സംഘം 4-2-1995-ൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചിരുന്നുവെന്നും എന്നാൽ 1-5-2009-നുശേഷം സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനരഹിതമാണെന്നും സൂചന പ്രകാരം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്.

സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സംബന്ധിച്ച് കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 66 പ്രകാരം നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനാ റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം തുടർന്നുകൊ≠ുപോകാൻ കഴിയില്ലായെന്ന് ക≠െത്തിയിട്ടു≠െന്നും ആയതിനാൽ ടി സംഘം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരി ക്കാവുന്നതാണെന്നും അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

മേൽ വിവരിച്ച സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ചുവടെ പരാമർശിക്കുന്ന ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

ഉത്തരവ്

റ്റി. 1271-ാം നമ്പർ ആനാട് രാജീവ് ഗാന്ധി ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്റ്റ് സഹകരണ സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമത്തിലെ വകുപ്പ് 71 (ബി) പ്രകാരം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

നെടുമങ്ങാട് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ആഫീസിലെ നെടുമങ്ങാട് യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി ഇതിനാൽ നിയമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ചാർ÷് യഥാവിധി ഏറ്റെടുത്ത് ടി വിവരം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

നിയമാനുസരണമുള്ള അപ്പീൽ കാലാവധിക്കുശേഷം സംഘത്തിന്റെ സമാപ്തീകരണ നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തീകരിച്ച് രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ റദ്ദുചെയ്യുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ സഹകരണസംഘം ജോയിന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ)-ന്റെ 14-12-2005-ലെ എ. ഇ. എൽ 6071/05/എൽ.ഡിസ്. നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം റ്റി. 869-ാം നമ്പർ താഴെ വെട്ടൂർ കൺസ്യൂമർ സഹകരണ സംഘത്തെ സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുവാനായി ഈ ആഫീസിലെ വർക്കല .യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിച്ചിരുന്നു. ടി ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററുടെ കാലാവധി 31-3-2009-ന് അവസാനിച്ചതിനാൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ സഹകരണ സംഘം ജോയിന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ)-ന്റെ 10-2-2012-ലെ എ. ഇ. എൽ. 9951/2011-ാം നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവിലൂടെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററുടെ കാലാവധി 31-12-2012 വരെ ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ച് ഉത്തരവായിട്ടു≠്. ടി സഹകരണ സംഘത്തിൽ നിന്നും ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും തുക കിട്ടുവാനു≠െങ്കിൽ പ്രസ്തുത വിവരം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 60 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്നെ നേരിട്ടോ, ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജന്റുമുഖേനയോ അറിയിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠ താണെന്നും ടി സഹകരണ സംഘത്തിലേക്ക്എന്തെങ്കിലും തുക അടയ്ക്കുവാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയത് നേരിൽ അടച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠താണെന്നും എല്ലാ സംഘാംഗങ്ങളെയും പൊതു ജനങ്ങളേയും ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
