Sealed competitive tenders are invited for repair the False Ceiling of College Auditorium of IPT & GPTC, Shoranur.
Description of Work—Removal of ruined false ceiling materials and fixing of fibre PVC false ceiling with 12 feet length × 12 inch width × 10mm thickness on the existing wooden frame. Area of ceiling to be repaired is 40 feet length × 40 feet width (1600 sq.feet).
Tenders should be addressed to the Principal, IPT & GPTC, Shoranur in a sealed cover with the tender No. CE 06/2012-13 and Tender Name, Repair the False Ceiling of College Auditorium, duly superscribed on the cover.
Tender forms in the prescribed form can be obtained from the Office (CE CELL) of the Principal, IPT & GPTC, Shoranur either in person on cash remittance of ` 400+ VAT ` 20 (Total ` 420) or by post through Money Order with postage charge of ` 40 (Rupees Forty only) in addition to the cost of tender form, if the same is to be send by post. Duplicate copies of the tender form are also available on payment of ` 200 + VAT ` 10 (Total ` 210). The cost of tender form once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable too.
The last date and time for the sale of tender form is upto 11 a.m. on 5-11-2012 and the last date of receipt of tender form is upto 3 p.m. on 5-11-2012. Received tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 6-11-2012 at the Office of the undersigned in presence of tenderers or their authorized nominees who may be present at that time.
iiIntending tenderers shall either submit the tenders directly to this Office or send the same so as to reach the undersigned on the due date and time mentioned above. No tender received after the specified date and time will be accepted on any account. Tenders which are not in the prescribed form, not stipulating the period of firmness and with price variation clauses and or subject to prior sale conditions are liable to be rejected. Other details can be had from the Office of the undersigned on all working days.

പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ വിവരണം
കോളേജ് ഓഡിറ്റോറിയത്തിലെ (ഏകദേശം 1600 ചതുരശ്ര അടി സ്ഥലത്തെ) ഫാൾസ് സീലിങ് മാറ്റി, നിലവിലുള്ള മരം കൊ≠ു നിർമ്മിച്ച ഫ്രെയിമിൽ 12 അടി നീളം × 1 അടി വീതി × 10 മില്ലിമീറ്റർ കനവുമുള്ള പി. വി. സി. ഷീറ്റ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഫാൾസ് സീലിങ് ചെയ്യുക.
ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനുപുറത്ത് "പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, എെ. പി. ടി. ആന്റ ് ഗവൺമെന്റ ് പോളിടെക്നിക് കോളേജ്, ഷൊർണ്ണൂർ, പാലക്കാട് ജില്ല" എന്ന വിലാസം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തും "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരായ സി. ഇ. 06/2012-13, ദർഘാസിന്റെ പേരായ ഓഡിറ്റോറിയത്തിന്റെ ഫാൾസ് സീലിങ് പുതുക്കി പണിയുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്ന് കവറിനുമുകളിലായി മുദ്രാങ്കിതം ചെയ്യേ≠തുമാണ്.
നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ ` 400 + വാറ്റ് ` 20 (ആകെ ` 420) ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ച് നേരിട്ടോ, തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയ്ക്ക് പുറമേ തപാൽ നിരക്കായി ` 40 അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ ഇരട്ടിപ്പു പകർപ്പുകൾ ` 200 + വാറ്റ് ` 10 (ആകെ ` 210) അടച്ചാൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി അടച്ച തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.
ദർഘാസുകൾ ഈ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 5-11-2012, രാവിലെ 11 മണിവരെ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതും വാങ്ങിയ ദർഘാസുകൾ 5-11-2012, 3 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. മേൽ കാണിച്ച തീയതിയിലും സമയത്തിനുള്ളിലും സ്വീകരിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ 6-11-2012 രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.
നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിലല്ലാത്തതും നി›ിത തീയതിക്കും സമയത്തിനുള്ളിലല്ലാതെയും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഈ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽനിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

Description of Work—Approximately 720 square feet area near to the main building, want to build the pillars by using 2 inch M. S. pipe and the roofings by 2 inch M. S. pipe, 1.5 inch M. S. pipe and ordinary G. I. colour coated sheet.
Tenders should be addressed to the Principal, IPT & GPTC, Shoranur in a sealed cover with the Tender No. CE 07/2012-13 and Tender Name, Construction of Car Shed in the main block, duly superscribed on the cover.

മെയിൻ ബിൽഡിങ്ങിനു സമീപത്തായി (ഏകദേശം 720 ചതുരശ്ര അടി വിസ്തൃതിയിൽ) 2 ഇഞ്ച് എം.എസ്. പൈപ്പ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കാലുകളും, 2 ഇഞ്ച് എം.എസ്. പൈപ്പ്, 1½ ഇഞ്ച് എം.എസ്. പൈപ്പ്, ഓർഡിനറി ജി.എെ. കളർ കോട്ടിംഗ് ഷീറ്റ് എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മേൽക്കൂരയും നിർമ്മിക്കണം.
