Note:—(1) Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of (cid:31) 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account 0051 PSC-800 other receipts-99-other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

(2) A period of forty five days time for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of approval of the Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked List.

Candidates desiring to recheck the answer script relating to the Written Test held for selection to the post may apply for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List.

"Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered."

The application for rechecking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee for (cid:31) 50 under the Head of Account "0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee", addressed to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 1-10-2009 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the Probability List published on 4-10-2011 for selection to the post of Binder Gr. II in Various Departments in Kollam District (Category No. 264/2007) notified in the Gazette dated 14-8-2007 on (cid:31) 2750-4625 (PR) arranged in the order of merit.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 26-6-2012. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totaling of marks for various answers if the candidates apply for rechecking, remitting the prescribed fee of (cid:31) 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee".

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kollam within 45 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List has come into force (i.e. the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission).

Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who sent applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of (cid:31) 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC-800- Other receipts-99 Other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available on the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kollam within 45 days from the date of on which of the Ranked List has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

The last date for the receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining Photocopy of the answer scripts is 10-8-2012.

Application for rechecking/obtaining Photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kollam within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

(2) അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാന മാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാപട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയി ട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിനുശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശ വാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണി ക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(3) സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ— അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി, നേറ്റിവിറ്റി (നേറ്റിവിറ്റിക്കുള്ള വെയിറ്റേജ് മാർക്ക് അനുവദിക്കുന്നത് WA 618/2012-ലെ ബഹു. ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ അന്തിമവിധിക്ക് വിധേയമായിട്ടായിരിക്കും) എന്നിവയും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി നി›ിത സ്ഥലത്തും തീയതിയിലും പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകൾ സഹിതം നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.

പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് നേരിൽ ഹാജരാകാത്ത ഉദ്യാഗാർ∞ികളുടെ പേരുകൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതല്ല.

വിമുക്തഭടൻമാർ, കായികതാരങ്ങൾ എന്നീ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ പെട്ടവർ അവർക്കായുള്ള പ്രത്യേക ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളിയി ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാ ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നേരിട്ടല്ലാതെ ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന രേഖകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
