In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri V. A. Jose, Advocate, Vazhappilly House, Puthenpally P.
