Valid applications for rechecking addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Alappuzha should reach this office within 30 days from the date on which this Ranked List is officially released by KPSC. 100002 100156 100282 100347 100397 കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഈ സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളി ച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടുവെന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

(2) അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാപട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിനു ശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

പരീക്ഷയിൽ 59 (അമ്പത്തൊമ്പത്)-ഉം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തി ഉപപട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കി യിരിക്കുന്നു. അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ അടങ്ങുന്ന, സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ 16-3-2010 തീയതിയിലെ ER VII (1) 6262/09/EW നമ്പർ വി⁄ാപനം ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയോടൊപ്പം ചേർത്തിട്ടു≠്.

ഈ സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കൾക്കായുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധന 8-12-2010 തീയതിയിൽ 8.30 മണി മുതൽ കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലാ ഓഫീസിൽ വച്ച് നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.

1. പ്രമാണ പരിശോധന സമയത്ത് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും (Original) സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പുകളും (Self Attested) ഹാജരാക്കേ ≠താണ്. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തുടർന്നുള്ള തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടപടികൾക്ക് പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(a) അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന ജനനത്തീയതി തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (SSLC).

(b) ഈ തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് അവശ്യം വേ≠തായ യോഗ്യതകൾ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള താഴെ പറയുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒന്ന്.

(i) തൃശ്ശൂർ എം.ടി.എെ.-യിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്സ്്മാൻ (സിവിൽ) ഡിπോമ.

(ii) ലോവർ ഗ്രേഡ് ഡ്രോയിംഗ് ഗ്രൂപ്പ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (KGTE) അല്ലെങ്കിൽ (MGTE).

(iii) എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജിലെ ടി. ടി. സ്കീമിൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇൻഡസ്ട്രിയൽ ട്രെയിനിംഗ് സെന്ററിൽ ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റിന്റെ ലേബർ മിനിസ്ട്രിയുടെ കീഴിൽ നടത്തുന്ന 18 മാസ കോഴ്സിൽ ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്സ്മാൻ സിവിൽ ട്രെയിനി ആയി നേടിയിട്ടുള്ള സെക്കന്റ ് ഗ്രേഡ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ.

(iv) ബിൽഡിംഗും ഡ്രോയിംഗും എസ്റ്റിമേറ്റിംഗും ഹയർ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ലോവർ കെ.ജി.ടി.ഇ./എം.ജി.ടി.ഇ. കൂടാതെ കെ.ജി.ടി.ഇ. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എം.ജി.ടി.ഇ.-ലെ മറ്റ് സിവിൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് സബ്ജക്ടിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ര≠െണ്ണം.

(v) സംസ്ഥാന വനിതാ പോളിടെക്നിക്കുകളിൽ നിന്നും സിവിൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗിലുള്ള ഡിπോമ (2 വർഷ കോഴ്സ്).

(vi) മിലിട്ടറി എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ക്ലാസ്സ് 3 സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്.

2. പട്ടികജാതി /വർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കൾക്ക് സംവരണാനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനായി ഗസറ്റിൽ വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മാതൃകയിലുള്ള ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് തഹസിൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി, സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ര≠് ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകൾ സഹിതം ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ജാതിസർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനത്തിലുള്ളതുപോലെ ര≠ു ഖണ്ഡികകളും ഉള്ളവ ആയിരിക്കണം. ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്ന സπിമെന്ററി വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഇനിയൊരറിയിപ്പ് കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

3. സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിന് അർഹതയുള്ള പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തങ്ങൾ ക്രീമിലെയർ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ പെടുന്നില്ല എന്നു തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് G.O. (P) No. 117/08/SC/STDD. dated 19-12-2008 അനുസരി ച്ചുള്ള നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (NCLC)ഹാജരാക്കേ ≠താണ്. ടി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് സംവരണാനുകൂല്യം നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

4. വിമു‡ഭട∑ാർ ആയത് തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് പെൻഷൻ പേയ്മെന്റ ് ഓർഡറിന്റെയും ഡിസ്ചാർ÷് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെയും അസ്സലും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത പക്ഷം വിമു‡ ഭട∑ാർക്കുള്ള ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

5. കേന്ദ്ര/സർക്കാർ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ജോലി നോക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകർ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള രീതിയിൽ തന്നെ മേലധികാരിയിൽനിന്നും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള അനുമതി പത്രത്തിന്റെ അസ്സൽ (Receipt) ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

6. അപേക്ഷയിൽ സ്പോർട്സ്മാൻ എന്നവകാശ പ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ സ്പോർട്സ് വെയിറ്റേജിനായി 11-1-1978-ലെ G.O. (Ms.) No. 21/78/GAD സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി സ്പോർട്സ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ അസ്സലും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

7. മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും അർഹതയു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളി യിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും.

സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കേ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കുകയോ വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേ≠താണ്.

3. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടി ട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ—അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങ ളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പകർപ്പുകൾ നി›ിത സമയ പരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളുടെയും അപേക്ഷയിൽ മറ്റ് ഏന്തെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകൾ ഉള്ളതായി ക≠െത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെയും രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

4. പരീക്ഷയിൽ 88 (എൺപത്തി എട്ട്)-ഉം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ ഭാഗം I നേരിട്ടുള്ള നിയമനത്തിനുള്ള മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യ മായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തിയാണ് ഉപപട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

5. ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതും, 26-9-2009-ലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ 81/2009/ എസ്.സി./എസ്.റ്റി.ഡി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം നോൺ ക്രീമീലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ വരുമായ മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ആയത് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ ക്രീമീലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് വീഴ്ച വരുത്തു ന്നപക്ഷം അവരെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത ഓപ്പൺ കോംപറ്റീഷൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്. മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ഉപപട്ടികകളിലുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ ക്രീമീലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

6. ജാതി-സമുദായ സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പട്ടിക ജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ തഹസിൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച പുതിയ ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും അതിന്റെ ര≠് പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

7. നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുന:പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം സാധ്യതാപട്ടിക യിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവരുൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കൾക്കും ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുന:പരിശോധി ക്കാൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീക രിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരി ക്കുന്നതാണ്.

4. (i) ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിന് അർഹതയുള്ള മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ G.O. (P) No. 81/09/SC STDD, dated 26-9-2009 സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസറിൽ നിന്ന് ലഭിച്ച ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ അസ്സലും സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യ പ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും രേഖകളുടെ പരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

(ii) പട്ടികജാതി /പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ തഹസിൽദാരിൽനിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും അതിന്റെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ 2 ശരിപ്പകർപ്പു കളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ/ ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കു ന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അവരെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത ഓപ്പൺ കോമ്പറ്റീഷൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി35 ഇവ സംബന്ധിച്ച കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയുടെ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഉപപട്ടികകളിലുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ/ ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാ ക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെതന്നെ ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്ന് നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

5. വിമു‡ ഭട∑ാർ അവർക്കായുള്ള പ്രത്യേക ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു ≠െങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും പരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

6. മെമ്പർ സൊസൈറ്റി/പ്രാഥമിക സഹകരണ സംഘങ്ങളിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട നിയമനാധികാരിയിൽ നിന്ന് ലഭിച്ച അപേക്ഷ സംബന്ധിച്ച് രസീത് (ഒറിജിനൽ) ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

7. സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കേ ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കു കയോ വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്ന തല്ല. ആകയാൽ, അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേ≠താണ്.

8. പാർട്ട് II ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവർ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ ജനറൽ (Co-operative Department)-ൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച നി›ിത മാതൃക യിലുള്ള ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ സർവ്വീസ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (ഒറിജിനൽ) ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

11. ഈ ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള വികലാംഗ ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികൾ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും അർഹതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനും ഹാജരാകേ≠ തീയതി, സമയം, സ്ഥലം എന്നിവ പിന്നീട് അറിയി ക്കുന്നതാണ്.
