സൂചന:—നെടുമങ്ങാട് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) റുടെ 7-2-2012-ലെ ഒ. 556/12-ാം നമ്പർ കത്ത്.

റ്റി. 970-ാം നമ്പർ വാമനപുരം ബ്ലോക്ക് ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്ട് സഹകരണ സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനരഹിതമാണെന്ന് സൂചനപ്രകാരം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സംബന്ധിച്ച് സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 66 പ്രകാരം നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനാ റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ സംഘത്തെ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരു വിധത്തിലുള്ള വിവരങ്ങളും ലഭ്യമല്ലായെന്ന് വ്യ‡മാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കു ന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കാവുന്നതാണെന്നും സൂചനപ്രകാരം ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
