In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 29 of the Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayalam University Ordinance, 2012 (Ordinance No. 56 of 2012), the Chancellor of the Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayalam University is pleased to appoint Shri K. Jayakumar, former Chief Secretary to Government of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram as the First Vice Chancellor of the University for a period of five years with effect from the 1st day of November, 2012.
