The tenders should superscibed tender for the execution of AMC for the Air Conditioners (7 Nos.) installed in the Collegiate Hospital and addressed to The Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Tripunithura.

` 50 will be charged extra towards the postage if the
tender form has to be sent by post.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Tripunithura obtain the requisite tender forms against cash remittance. The tender form is not transferable. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the form be sent by V.P.P.
