"Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website/www.keralapsc.org/or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered."

The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee for (cid:31) 50 under the head of account "0051- PSC 105 State PSC 99- Examination Fee" addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4, should reach the office on or before 10-9-2012. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR. Valuation) Test held on 13-8-2009 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 4-11-2011 for the post of Electrician on (cid:31) 3050-5230 (PR) (Category No. 92/08) in Agriculture Department in Kozhikode District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 27-2-2008 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 17-7-2012.

The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the Rules and Orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendancy of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the List at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the List.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be re-checked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of (cid:31) 50 (Rupees fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The application for re-checking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within 45 days from the date on which this Notification is offcially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not refunded.

Application for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 Size paper from the Commission's Website-www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Application for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

Candidates who wish to obtain photocopies of their OMR answer script (Part A & Part B)relating to this selection should remit the prescribed fee of (cid:31) 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State under Head of Account "0051-PSC- 800 Other receipts-99-other receipts". പരീക്ഷയുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരിന്റെ ക്രമത്തിൽ മാത്രമാണ് ഈ ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.

(b) മൂന്നുവർഷമായി പ്രാബല്യത്തിലുള്ള ബാഡ്ജോടു കൂടിയ സാധുവായ ഹെവിഡ്യൂട്ടി ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസൻസും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും.

(c) പട്ടികജാതി പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവർ ഗസറ്റിൽ നിഷ്കർഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഫോറത്തിൽ തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും 6 മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും ര≠് ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളും.

(f) അപേക്ഷ അയയ്ക്കുമ്പോൾ സർക്കാർ ജോലിയിലാ യിരുന്നവർ ഓഫീസ് മേധാവിയിൽനിന്നും ലഭിച്ച രശീത്.

(g) പേര്, ജനന തീയതി, ഒപ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവയിൽ വ്യത്യാസം വരുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളവർ ആയത് വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്ത ഗസറ്റ്.

4. നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുന:പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട വരുൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്കും ഉത്തര ക്കടലാസുകൾ പുന:പരിശോധിക്കാൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടി ക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവർ ഉൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്കും ഉത്തര കടലാസുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധിക്കുവാൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

(3) ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ—അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങ ളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകൾ (നേരത്തെ ഹാജരാക്കാത്തവർ) അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. അഭിമുഖത്തിനുശേഷം ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പകർപ്പുകൾ, നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടേയും അപേക്ഷയിൽ മ െ റ്റ െ ന്ത ങ്ക ി ല ു ം ന ്യ ൂ ന ത ക ൾ ഉ ള്ള ത ാ യ ി ക≠െത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടേയും രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെതന്നെ ഈ ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽനിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്ന താണ്.

ഡ്രൈവർ ഗ്രേഡ്-II (എച്ച്.ഡി.വി.) തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് നേരിട്ടുള്ള നിയമനത്തിനായി (കാറ്റഗറി നമ്പർ 118/2007) 6-2-2010-ാം തീയതിയിൽ നടന്ന ഒ. എം. ആർ. പരീക്ഷയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാന ത്തിൽ പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് വിളിക്കപ്പെടാൻ സോപാധിക മായി അർഹരാണെന്ന് ക≠ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ ഏകീകൃത ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടിക ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്നു.

കുറിപ്പ്.—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടിക യിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ പേര് ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

(2) അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിനു ശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ്

ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.

(3) കമ്മീഷൻ നടത്തിയ പരീക്ഷയിൽ 55 (അൻപത്തി അഞ്ച്)-ഉം, അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് നേടിയ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെ ടുത്തി മുഖ്യപട്ടികയും ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തി ഉപപട്ടിക കളും ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചുകൊ≠ാണ് ഈ ഏകീകൃത ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ കൃത്യ സമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ കമ്മീഷൻ നി›യിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തും, സമയത്തും ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.

(6) പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് വിളിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തങ്ങളുടെ ശാരീരിക യോഗ്യത കളുടെ പൂർണ്ണ വിവരങ്ങൾ അടങ്ങിയ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന നി›ിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള അസ്സൽ മെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് സർക്കാർ സർവ്വീസിലെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് സർജന്റെ റാങ്കിൽ കുറയാതെയുള്ള ഒരു മെഡിക്കൽ ആഫീസറിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ മാതൃക പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള മെമ്മോയോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ്.

(4) ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ—അതായത്, ഈ തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് ഗസറ്റ് വ്⁄ാപനത്തിൽ നിഷ്ക്കർഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന യോഗ്യത—ഏഴാം ക്ലാസ് പാസ്സായിരിക്കൽ, ഹെവി ഡ്യൂട്ടി വാഹനങ്ങൾ ഓടിക്കുന്നതിന് അനുവദിച്ചുകൊ≠ുള്ള ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 3 വർഷമെങ്കിലും നിലവിലുള്ള മോട്ടോർ ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസൻസ്, ഡ്രൈവേഴ്സ് ബാഡ്ജ് എന്നിവ ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം. മോട്ടോർ ഡ്രൈവിങ് ലൈസൻസ്, അപേക്ഷാ തീയതി, യിലും പ്രാക്ടിക്കൽ ടെസ്റ്റ് വേളയിലും പ്രാബല്യ ത്തിലുള്ളതായിരിക്കണം. ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി മുതലായവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനും മറ്റു ആനുകൂ ല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ ആയതിന് തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനും ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങ ളുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളും പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് മുന്നോടിയായുള്ള ഫിസിക്കൽ മെഷർമെന്റ ് സമയത്ത് പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. അപേക്ഷയിൽ ന്യൂനതകൾ ഉള്ളതായി ക≠െത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയിൽ പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(7) നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് ഉത്തരക്കട ലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധനയും ഉത്തര പത്രികകളുടെ പകർപ്പ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷയും (വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി) റാങ്ക്ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ അനുവദിക്കു കയുള്ളൂ.

(8) 30-3-2012-ലെ ER II (1) 1745/2010/EW നമ്പർ വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉത്തരപത്രികകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ ഇതോടൊപ്പം ചേർത്തിട്ടു≠്.

(5) ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളെ പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് മുന്നോടിയായി ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ നിഷ്കർഷിച്ച പ്രകാര മുള്ള ശാരീരിക യോഗ്യത തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഫിസിക്കൽ മെഷർമെന്റിന് വിധേയമാക്കുന്നതാണ്. ശരീര അളവെടുപ്പിൽ യോഗ്യരെന്ന് ക≠െത്തിയ വരെ മാത്രം പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയിൽ പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഫിസിക്കൽ മെഷർമെന്റ ്, പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷ എന്നിവ നടത്തുന്ന തീയതി, സമയം, സ്ഥലം എന്നിവ പിന്നീട്
