RE-TENDER NOTICE
No. 11/2012.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Music System for the purpose and use of implementation of Play a Game Play for Fun Scheme by Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, so as to reach the undersigned on or before 15-12-2012 at 3 p. m.
Approximate Cost—` 1,40,000.

The tenders should be superscribed Re-tender No. 11/2012 for the supply of Music System for the use of implementation of Play a Game Play for Fun Scheme and addressed to the Director of Sports and Youth Affairs, Jimmy George Indoor Stadium, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram-33.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Director, Sports and Youth Affairs, Jimmy George Indoor Stadium, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram-33 obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Copy of the technical/specifications of equipment is published on the notice board of the Directorate of Sports and shall also be supplied along with the tender form. Application for tender forms should be accompanied either by cash remittance of ` 280+ VAT (4%) or by money order which is the price fixed for a form and is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.
Sale of tender forms will be closed at 5 p. m. on 14-12-2012. Cheque, Postal Stamps, Demand Drafts etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms sent by VPP. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued on payment of ` 140+ VAT (4%). Tender forms will be received upto 3 p. m. on 15-12-2012. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 17-12-2012 by the Director, Sports and Youth Affairs, in the presence of those tenderers or their nominees who may be present at that time.
Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the value of the articles tendered for should be furnished in the name of Director, Sports and Youth Affairs, while submitting the tenders. The firms, which are exempted for from furnishing EMD, should produce copy of the relevant document for verification. The rates quoted should remain valid for 1 year.
കായിക യുവജനകാര്യ വകുപ്പ് സ്കൂളുകളിൽ നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിയായ "πേ എ ഗെയിം πേ ഫോർ ഫൺ"-ന്റെ ആവശ്യത്തിലേക്കും ഉപയോഗത്തിനും മ്യൂസിക് സിസ്റ്റം വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. ടെ≠റുകൾ 15-12-2012-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്കോ അതിനു മുമ്പായോ കായിക യുവജനകാര്യ ഡയറക്ടർക്ക് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷൻ—250-300 വാട്സ്, ഡിവിഡി πെയർ യു. എസ്. ബി. പോർട്ട് തുടങ്ങിയവയോടുകൂടിയത്.

ടെ≠ർ അപേക്ഷയുടെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ്, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് മുതലയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതോ അപേക്ഷാ ഫോറം വി. പി. പി. യായി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതോ അല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ടെ≠ർ അപേക്ഷാ ഫോറങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളപക്ഷം ` 140 + വാറ്റ് (4%) അടച്ച് വാങ്ങാവുന്ന താണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെ≠ർ അപേക്ഷകൾ 15-12-2012-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ഡയറക്ടർ, കായിക യുവജനകാര്യാലയം, ജിമ്മി ജോർ÷് ഇൻഡോർ സ്റ്റേഡിയം, വെള്ളയമ്പലം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-33 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം. താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ടെ≠ർ അപേക്ഷകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. സ്വീകാര്യമായ ടെ≠റുകൾ ഹാജരുള്ള അപേക്ഷകരുടെയോ, അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ 17-12-2012-ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ ആകെ വിലയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ടെ≠ർ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം കായിക യുവജനകാര്യ വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടർക്ക് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം നൽകേ≠ തിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട രേഖകൾ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ടെ≠ർ നിരക്കുകൾക്ക് ഒരു വർഷത്തെ പ്രാബല്യം ഉ≠ായിരി ക്കേ≠താണ്.
