1. കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ 2012 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 22, 23 തീയതികളിൽ നടത്തിയ ലീഗൽ അസിസ്റ്റന്റുമാർക്കുവേ≠ിയുള്ള ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ ഫലങ്ങൾ ഇതോടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നു.

2. 23-5-1974-ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ ജി. ഒ. (എംഎസ്) 129/74/പി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ മുഴുവനായും പാർട്ടുകൾ തിരിച്ചുമുള്ള ഫലം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെസ്റ്റ് മുഴുവനായും ജയിച്ചിട്ടു≠ോ എന്ന് എല്ലാ പാർട്ടുകളുടെയും ഫലം നോക്കി നി›യിക്കേ≠താണ്.

3. 8-7-1978-ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ ജി. ഒ. (എംഎസ്.) 211/76/പി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം ഒരു ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളും ജയിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞവർക്ക് ` 100 (നൂറു രൂപ) ഫീസടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ കമ്മീഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ 29-7-1978-ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ ജി. ഒ. (എംഎസ്.) 356/78/പി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം 1-4-1977-നു ശേഷം ഒരു ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളും ജയിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ കമ്മീഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുകയുള്ളു. 1-4-1977-നുമുൻപ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ഭാഗികമായി പാസ്സാകുകയും എന്നാൽ 1-4-1977 -നുശേഷം അതേ ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ ബാക്കി പേപ്പറുകൾ പാസ്സായി ടെസ്റ്റ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളവർക്ക് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. അങ്ങനെയുള്ളവർ മുൻ നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് ഫലം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച ഗസറ്റും അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റുകളും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട മേലധികാരികളെ കാണിച്ച് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടുത്തി സർവ്വീസ് ബുക്കിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. 29-7-1978-ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവിൻ പ്രകാരം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനർഹതയുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ∑ാർ പരീക്ഷ ജയിച്ച വിവരം സർവ്വീസ് ബുക്കിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് കമ്മീഷൻ നൽകുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വകുപ്പ് മേലധികാരി മുൻപാകെ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ∑ാർ അനുബന്ധം ഒന്നിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ജയിച്ച ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

4. പരീക്ഷയിൽ ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും ലഭിച്ച മാർക്കുകൾ കമ്മീഷന്റെ ഒൗദ്യോഗിക വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ നൽകിയിട്ടു≠്. അതിനാൽ മാർക്ക് ലിസ്റ്റുകൾ പ്രത്യേകം നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

5. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധിക്കുവാൻ നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സൊന്നിന് ` 50 (അൻപത്) രൂപ നിരക്കിൽ ഫീസൊടുക്കി അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ വിവിധ ചോദ്യങ്ങളുടെ ഉത്തരങ്ങൾക്ക് നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള മാർക്ക് കൂട്ടി നോക്കി തെറ്റുകൾ വല്ലതും സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടു≠ോ എന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ച് അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഈ പരിശോധന പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ ആഫീസിൽ തന്നെ ആയിരിക്കും നടത്തുക. ഇതിനുവേ≠ിയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ പരീക്ഷാഫലം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

6. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുവേ≠ിയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ നി›ിത ഫീസായ ` 100 (നൂറു രൂപ) "0051 പി.എസ്.സി-800 -സ്റ്റേറ്റ് പി.എസ്.സി. 99-അദർ റസീപ്റ്റ്സ് " എന്ന അക്കൗ≠് ഹെഡിലും മാർക്ക് കൂട്ടിനോക്കുന്നതിനും വേ≠ിയുള്ള നി›ിത ഫീസ് ` 50 (അൻപതു രൂപ) "0051 പി.എസ്.സി.-105-സ്റ്റേറ്റ് പി.എസ്.സി. 99 എക്സാമിനേഷൻ ഫീ " എന്ന അക്കൗ≠് ഹെഡിലും സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ട്രഷറിയിൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠തും ട്രഷറിയിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്ന അസൽ ചെലാൻ രസീത് അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കുന്ന ഫീസ് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല.
