The Chancellor, Cochin University of Science and Technology is pleased to give his assent on 9-11-2012 to the proposal to amend Statute 3, Chapter III of Cochin University First Statutes 1975, governing age of retirement of the Registrar of Cochin University of Science and Technology, as per Section 39(4) of Cochin University of Science and Technology Act, 1986.
The Amendment read as follows: .
Superannuation:—The Registrar The age of retirement shall be eligible to continue in of the Registrar shall service till he attains the age be governed by the of 55 years provisions in the Statutes governing the age o f r e t i r e m e n t o f Non-Teaching Staff of the University.
