Preparation of Development Plan for Kollam

NOTICE UNDER RULE 27 OF THE TRAVANCORE TOWN PLANNING RULES 1113
1. It is hereby notified that the General Town Planning Scheme, Greater Kollam Development Plan, prepared by Joint Town Planning Committee for the preparation of Development Plan for Kollam with planning area comprising of areas of Kollam Corporation and the peripheral Grama Panchayats of Neendakara, Thrikkadavur and Kottamkara with Kollam Corporation as mother city described in the schedule below has been Neendakara, Thrikkadavur and Kottamkara under Rule 26 of the Travancore Town Planning Rules, 1113 framed under the Town Planning Act IV of 1108.
2. The scheme in full and the Map No. GLS/2 may be inspected during office hours at office of the Member Secretary, Joint Town Planning Committee, Kollam (District Town Planner, Kollam) and at the office of the Municipal Corporation of Kollam and Grama Panchayats of Neendakara, Thrikkadavur and Kottamkara.
3. Any person interested in the scheme may before SCHEDULE Boundaries 1. North— Chavara Grama Panchayat, Thekkumbhagom Grama Panchayat, Thrikkaruva Grama Panchayat, Panayam Grama Panchayat, and Perinad Grama Panchayat
a. East—Elampalloor Grama Panchayat, Thrikkovilvattom Grama Panchayat and Mayyanad Grama Panchayat.
2. South—Lakshadweep Sea.
3. West—Lakshadweep Sea.
