The list will be in force for a period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be rechecked if the candidates apply for it in the prescribed application along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of (cid:31) 50 (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account '0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee' addressed to the Deputy Secretary Examinations-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004. The applicaton for rechecking should reach the office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come ito force. Application received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or down loaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.org/or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

Valid Applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the Deputy Secretary II (Exams), KPSC, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. The last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 20-9-2012. Applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates, who wish to obtain a photocopy of the OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) should remit the prescribed fee of (cid:31) 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC- 800 State PSC-99 Other receipts". The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should reach The Deputy Secretary-II (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within 45 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List.

The Application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in column 7 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications form and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary-II, (Examination), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. 3. സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ (വികലാംഗരായ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ഒഴികെ) അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശ പ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ—അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനന തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതി നാവശ്യമായ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോ ധനയ്ക്കായി കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാ പി. എസ്. സി. ആഫീസിൽ താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന സമയത്തും തീയതിയിലും പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പു കളും സഹിതം നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്. പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് നേരിൽ ഹാജരാകാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ പേരുകൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതല്ല.

6. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ അടങ്ങുന്ന വി⁄ാപനം 'ഇൻവാലിഡേറ്റഡ് നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ' ഇതോടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീ കരിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.

(പി) നമ്പർ 81/2009/എസ് സി/എസ് റ്റി/ ഡിഡി തീയതി 26-9-2009 പ്രകാരമുള്ള നോൺ ക്രീമിലിയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ താണ്. ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിയുടെ അ—ന്റെ പേര്, സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്ന വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസറുടെ പേര്, ഒപ്പ്, ഓഫീസ് സീൽ എന്നിവ വ്യ‡മായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. സംവരണാനുകൂല്യ ത്തിനായി പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടിക വർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗ ത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തഹസീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ആറ് മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും ര≠് ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാ ക്കേ≠താണ്. മിശ്രവിവാഹിതരായ ദമ്പതികളുടെ മക്കൾ 20-11-2008-ന് ശേഷം ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ പകർപ്പുകളാണ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ത്. ജാതിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ചവരുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കൾക്ക് സംവരണാനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

8. വിമു‡ഭടൻമാർ, കായിക താരങ്ങൾ, അംഗ വൈകല്യം സംഭവിച്ചവർ എന്നീ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ പ്പെട്ടവർ അവർക്കായുള്ള പ്രത്യേകാനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പ ക ർ പ്പ ു ക ള ു ം ഹ ാ ജ ര ാ േ ക്ക ≠ ത ാ ണ ് . ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നേരിട്ടല്ലാതെ ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന രേഖകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

9. സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരി ക്കേ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കു കയോ വീ≠ു ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേ≠താണ്. രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ സമയ വിവര പട്ടികയിൽ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസവും സമയവും കൃത്യമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കി പ്രമാണ ങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അന്നേ ദിവസം കൃത്യ സമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാ കേ≠താണ്.

(cid:31) 12-4-2007-ാം തീയതിയിലെ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയിൽ എക്സൈസ് വകുപ്പിൽ 4990-7990 (പരിഷ്ക്കരണത്തിനു മുൻപ്) ശമ്പള നിരക്കിൽ ഡ്രൈവർ ഗ്രേഡ്-2 (എച്ച്. ഡി. വി.) തസ്തികയിലേക്കുള്ള (നേരിട്ടുള്ള നിയമനം/തസ്തികമാറ്റം-കാറ്റഗറി നമ്പർ 118/2007 & 119/2007) തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിനായി 6-2-2010-ാം തീയതിയിൽ നടത്തിയ ഒ.എം.ആർ. പരീക്ഷയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് വിളിക്കപ്പെടാൻ സോപാധികമായി അർഹരാ ണെന്നുക≠ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരു കളടങ്ങിയ ഒരു സംയോജിത ചുരുക്ക പട്ടിക ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു. റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ ജനനത്തീയതി, സമുദായം, യോഗ്യത എന്നിവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകൾ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് വിധേയമാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾക്ക് മുൻപിൽ പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്ന 'എച്ച്' (H) എന്ന അക്ഷരം ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

കുറിപ്പ്:— 1. അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത.് ആയതിനാൽ സംയോജിത ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടുവെന്നത് പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് വിളിക്ക പ്പെടുന്നതിനോ അതിനുശേഷം റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിനോ യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

3. സംയോജിത ചുരുക്കപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾ- അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി, നേറ്റിവിറ്റി, മെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് എന്നിവയും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണ ങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് പി. എസ്. സി.-യുടെ പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലാ ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും വ്യ‡ിഗത അറിയിപ്പ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 1-10-2009 and verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 3-11-2011 for the post of Binder Grade-II (Category No. 90/2008) on (cid:31) 4510-7480 (PR) in Various Departments in Kannur District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 27-2-2008 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force w.e.f. 14-8-2012.

The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendancy of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be rechecked if the candidates apply for it in the prescribed application form along with original Chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of (cid:31) 50 (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in anyone of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account '0051-PSC -105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee' addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing Original Chalan Receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

The candidates, who require the photo copy of their OMR Answer Script (Part A and B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of (cid:31) 200 (Rupees two hundred only) by way of Chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 Other Receipts-99 Other Receipts". The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website) along with the Original Chalan Receipt should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kannur. The fee once remitted will not be refunded. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR Sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.

Candidates are permitted to apply for photocopy of their own Answer Script only.

Valid applications for Rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, K. P. S. C. District Office, Kannur shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (ie. the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 27-9-2012. Applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

Entries put in Column 6 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, K.P.S.C. District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.
