Sasidharan Pillai, Advocate, Sivam, Peringanamatom Lane, Sreekanteswaram, Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 023 (Notary Reg. No. 34/97/KLM) from the Register of Notaries with effect from 23-6-2012, since he does not get his Certificate of Practice renewed.
