റ്റി. 989-ാം നമ്പർ തിരുവനന്തപുരം വനിതാ സഹകരണ സംഘം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത ശേഷം പ്രവർത്തനം നടന്നതായി കാണുന്നില്ലായെന്ന് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) തിരുവനന്തപുരം റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സൂചന (1) ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം സംഘം സമാപ്തീകരി ക്കുന്നതിന് വേ≠ി ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററെ നിയമിച്ച് ഉത്തരവായിരുന്നു.
സംഘം വക റിക്കാർഡുകൾ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിന് ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിച്ചുവെങ്കിലും ആയവ ലഭ്യമാ യിട്ടില്ലായെന്നും ആയത് ലഭിക്കുവാൻ യാതൊരു സാദ്ധ്യത യുമില്ലായെന്നും ആയതിനാൽ ടി സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരിച്ച് രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്ത് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കണമെന്ന് സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം അപേക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
മേൽ വിവരിച്ച വസ്തുതകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ചുവടെ പരാമർശിക്കുന്ന ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.
ഉത്തരവ്
തിരുവനന്തപുരം വനിതാ സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ 989-ന്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണസംഘം നിയമത്തിലെ 74-ാംവകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം റദ്ദ് ചെയ്തുകൊ≠് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
സംഘത്തിന്റെ റിക്കാർഡുകൾ മൂന്ന് വർഷത്തേക്ക് ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ സൂക്ഷിക്കേ≠തും ആയതിനുശേഷം ജോയിന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാറുടെ മുൻകൂർ അനുവാദം വാങ്ങി നശിപ്പിക്കേ≠ തുമാണ്.
